- 5 out of 5 stars review8/19/2026When I tell you I’ll never buy another tire again. I mean it considering what I’ve experienced with these tires. I already knew that these tires were very reliable. Due to me having them on my motorcycle & previous vehicles. But Monday sealed the deal for me. I ran over a collated nails in a construction zone. Totally unaware of it, my tire began to go flat. When I looked at the tire I could only see for nails. But when I took my car to the tire shop & they removed the tire. You could see the actual extent of damage that occurred. And just how well these tires held up, keeping my son & I safe. Needless to say I purchased another set of the same tires with a warranty. I’ll vouch for these tires every single time.

Highly favoredOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review8/30/2026Had summer Nittos On my mustang in Houston Texas ,,, moving to NC so I needed some good all Season tires …. As Soon as I drove off with my new Michelins I loved them I could instantly tell the grip and handling was light years above my Nittos … love these tires !!! Thanks Michelin !
The grip !!!!!
Manny AOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review9/3/2026The Michelins I got are actually the "Cross Climate", NOT the "Pilot Sport". They cost a fortune but I've decided they are worth it. In addition to being winter certified the handling, ride and road noise all significantly improved. Quite amazing. A lot like having a different and better car. You won't regret having these.
Costly But Worth It
KlindarOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review8/20/2026I drive a Mustang Ecoboost, the options most appealing were these vs Bridgestone Potenza. I live in NEPA so I need an AS with good tread, even though I rarely travel in bad weather. So I picked these for reputation and tread. I have hot water in my driveway hose... after washing my son's car for a trip... I asked him to pull my Mustang back into the driveway.. the next day, I backed out and CLUMPS of dried mud from the clearing across the street. It took a full 20 min to wash all the mud and gravel off the driveway. I have NO doubts whatsoever now about my choice!
Unmistakeable Tread pattern
Mustang KOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review8/24/2026I had these tires installed on my WRX and it was such and improvement on the handling, traction and also noise levels (much quieter). The tires are wearing nominally based on mostly city use. I am very pleased with the product.
Huge Improvement Over My Previous Tires
DWM865Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 3 out of 5 stars review8/24/2026Quiet with good handling but wore extremely fast. Went to rotate tires after 7500 miles and my rears were a 3 while my fronts were an 8. Didn't last on my RWD BMW i5.
Poor Durability

Mcgap72Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review8/30/2026I thought these were good tire for short time that they were on my car. The grip and handling were very good. I sold the car about 6 months after purchasing these tires. Michelin keeps pestering me to write a review.Mike GOriginally posted onmichelinman.com
- 5 out of 5 stars review7/5/2026The experience of my first two installed Michelin Pilot AS 4's on my vehicle prompted the second purchase of the other two to complete the set. I replaced my tires with these on my vehicle because of the Michelin tradition for tires along with the performance and quietness they bring.
MY MICHELINS
GAM65Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 1 out of 5 stars review6/12/2026I was not told or read anything about this tire for my Corvette Grand Sport being a run flat tire. I found out from the dealer a few days after having the tires installed when I returned to have to lug nuts checked for exact tightness. The tire is very noisy and a hard ride.

In 1 years time I have needed to plug or patch all 4 tires, including plugging 1 tire twice. They grip the road great, but the problem with that is that they grip every nail and other pieces of debris what seems like 100% of the time. I say other debris because one of the plugs I needed to apply was because of a relatively sharp piece of plastic, and another was because of a broken VW emblem that I ran over. All other incidents were because of 2 drywall nails (tiny) and 1 normal screw that I would expect to puncture any tire. My driving habits have not changed and I do not live near any new construction locations. I have never experienced a more sensitive tire, and I am 37 and h...

I have put these tires on multiple vehicles that I have owned (Toyota Camry, BMW X6, Audi A6, Lexus GS300) over the years and they’ve exceeded the 45K warranty every time. They have excellent traction especially is wet weather conditions greatly minimizing hydroplaning instances.
Best all-season tire for performance cars
SAVG06NKOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review5/23/2026We put these tires on our BMW 328i not long after we purchased the car to replace the awful run-flats. It was an amazing difference in ride and noise level. Our 2020 Honda Accord 2.0 Touring was purchased from a friend in 2022 that had the standard 19 inch wheels. They may be great for performance but they rode like a wagon and were prone to curb rash. We're pretty conservative drivers. Based on our BMW experience, we switched to 17 inch wheels (which seems to be fairly common) and also purchased the Pilot Sport tires for the Honda. The ride quality improved drastically for the better.
Michelin - Go To Tires
The GeneralOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review8/16/2026These tires are outstanding. From road feel to traction and handling they have exceeded my expectations. For street tires I don't think you can do better. The 40F limit of temp is something to consider if you are driving in the mountains.
Great Street Performance Tires
AJsFirehawkOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review3/31/2026Excellent tire. The compound is sticky and aggressive while still offering good traction in cold weather. The tires appear to be well made with a very still XL-rated sidewall. Handling is extremely precise and predictable with perfectly controlled behavior when approaching the limits of cornering grip. The tires are very comfortable and pretty quiet for a performance A/S tire. While I cannot comment on tread life or highway stability just yet, no doubt those will meet expectations as well.
Fantastic all-around tire
DanOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review4/19/2026Michelin pilot sport as 4, tires are amazing. Extremely smooth ride, quiet tire. Very happy. Went with 255/40/17 on front 285/35/18 rear since the OE 265/40/17 front and 295/35/18 was not available. Fits perfectly on factory c5 zo6 wheels. 100% satisfied!
Outstanding ride and comfort
Sd2924Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 1 out of 5 stars review2/22/2026Absolutely disappointing product and quality . Bought a car that came with these underperforming overpriced tires that were installed at 12,500 miles on an audi s5 at just 22,500 miles 2 of these tires blew up on me on the road as i was driving 35mph and the other 2 they’re already down to about 5/32 thread life i hear these are warranted until 45k miles but ill be lucky to get 7k miles out of the two that are left honestly will never be purchasing from this brand as they like to mark up their prices based on their brand prestige but they really fall short of what they are giving their customers. I would honestly recommend to people considering buying this tire to go with a cheaper alternative like a yokohama or continental as they arent p...
Overpriced Underperforming Product
THESE TIRES SUCKOriginally posted onmichelinman.comConsumer Care MIC USWe’re sorry to hear about your experience with the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires and understand how concerning this... - 5 out of 5 stars review2/25/2026Tire performs well. Tires are on BMW 330Ci. Have tried a few other brands. Would normally achieve half (20 to 24k) of recommended tread life. These Pilot Sport AS4 tires have provided the longest durability achieving 40k of tread life. Plus, they handle well and provide a great driving experience.
Best mileage yet.
DGMOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 1 out of 5 stars review3/29/2026I’m extremely disappointed with the durability of my Michelin tires. I purchased them just about a month ago, expecting the quality and reliability the brand is known for. Unfortunately, after a very normal driving experience, one of my tires already has noticeable sidewall damage. This was not due to reckless driving, but from a common road condition that any tire should reasonably withstand. For a premium-priced tire, I expected much better durability and resilience. It’s frustrating to invest in a trusted brand only to experience damage so quickly after purchase. Tires are supposed to provide safety and peace of mind, and right now, I’m feeling the opposite. I am hoping Michelin will stand behind their product and consider a replacemen...
Not durable
JordanOriginally posted onmichelinman.comConsumer Care MIC USWe’re sorry to hear about your experience with your Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires. Our records indicate that you’ve already ... - 4 out of 5 stars review4/1/2026These are excellent "all-around" tires that provide reasonable traction in rain/snow/ice, allowing me to go through up to 6 inches of snow this winter without difficulty. This is surprising, given that my Cadillac CTS4 Performance Coupe is quite low, and has staggered tire sizes. The rear "steamrollers" should NOT do well in the snow, but yours do. On dry pavement, the ride is as smooth as can be expected in a low-profile tire, and handling is quite good. It is not as good as a dedicated, high-performance summer tire but, again, it is a great compromise.
Good all-around tire
