Warranty what Warranty??
I have had the spa for over a year now and had a couple of problems after 3 months of owning the spa. I have called to get warranty work done, they had me take pictures, send an email of what the problem was, and it was a bit of a hassle but I did it anyway. I finally had a person call me to schedule repairs after 6 months of calling multiple times and said he didn't know how to fix it and he would be back in a week. Guess what I never saw or heard from him again. Called Strong Spa to see when the guy planned to come back as it had been about 3 or 4 months. I was given a free filter for my troubles lol, and was told they would send someone out. Here we are a year of owning the spa and still no word from anyone after multiple calls again. I have called and left messages before winter hit and never heard anything. Now summer is here and still no word, now my warranty is expired. guess they never had a warranty to begin with. If you are thinking about a spa don't go this route it's not worth it. Not sure what to do at this point. thought about calling my credit card company to see if I can take repercussions on that end. hope this was a fluke but highly doubt it.

Everlasting Spa
We purchased this everlasting spa & it was manufacture defective,it leaked in 3 places the Bluetooth was not functioning right, we had a guy come out to check it out and decided that we need to return it, we waited 2 months for the vendor to pick it up and they never contacted us, my husband decided to rent a truck with a trailer and called 4 guys to help us load it up on the trailer, and took it to our local Sam’s club in order for us to get our money back, I have at least 12 emails from sam’s representatives and they approved the return but was pending on the Vendor to arrange for the pick up, they never called me or email me to arrange for the pick up. Almost 9 thousand dollar was stuck at Sam’s. The manager in Surprise was very helpful and kept apologizing to my husband, we got our money back on the credit card after all the hassle and inconvenience and a lot of stress and headache and lots of phone calls. We are not recommending this Spa .

One Year in and Still Loving It!!
I waited a year to leave a review. I wanted to take the time to be sure everything was going to be ok. When making my decision based on reviews, I decided most happy people are probably not coming back to leave reviews. If that many people are unhappy, how could they possibly be still in business or Sams still selling a miserable product. Anyway, I live in Maine, and we survived -30-degree temperatures and everything. After about 2 months I had one cracked water pressure adjusting valve. I called the number in my instruction book explained what piece I was talking about, and they sent me two parts that it could've been free of charge, and I swapped it out myself. I then called and asked for that same part again just in case it happened in the winter, and they agreed and sent me another, but no problems afterwards. So here it is approaching my one-year mark on August 8th and we just love everything about this hot tub.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. You're fairly right about reviews. It's really tough to get people to leave them, and the upset customers are more likely to leave one than the happy ones. We're very happy to hear you like you spa though. Thanks again for coming back to leave a review. We hope you have a wonderful day!
lets' call it leaky
first fill, 2 leaks 2nd fill another leak, 3rd fill s[till another leak, after 5th leak it leaked on the control unit and blew the 50A breaker, replaced ecu w/o fixin' leak, same problem, dryed out ecu took apart w/fall siliconed leak.we have to wait 2 days before use. 20 min. is our total time in this unit after having it for 2 months. $500 to remove wall and replace it. go figure !

Very Pleased!
Overall I’m very pleased/impressed with the product! It works great and exceeded my expectations. A couple things to note: In regards to the delivery of the tub, I was given a 2 week ish window for when it could be delivered. Like most people who would read this review, I didn’t have 2 weeks of free time laying around waiting for it to be randomly delivered during that timeframe. So, I contacted the shipping company to try and plan for the delivery of it. After continually bugging them and continuing to inquire about when it could be, last shipped location/dates/times etc, I was able to narrow it down to a 3 day window. Although the tub was shipped late, almost by a month, I was happy and less stressed that I had a more specific timeframe as to when it would be delivered. Also, I was going to be installing a concrete patio for it. Therefore I got the tub and it sat in my garage for several months until the concrete slab was ready. I was kind of nervous based on reading others reviews on how to move this thing, however a buddy and I were able to move this thing on our own. I bought 4 small moving/furniture roller dollies (a couple small 2x4’s screwed together on wheels). If you take all the sides off, you have a good grip in lifting the tub up for a few seconds. My buddy would lift for a few seconds while I quickly slid a dollie under it and we did this to all 4 slides. Had absolutely no problems and it was just the two of us moving it, and we’re not crazy built or anything. By no means is this thing light but both him and I switched off and were able to lift this thing a few inches off the ground long enough to toss the dollies under it and it rolled perfectly. My detached garage is about 200 ft from where the tub was going and I would be moving this thing from a concrete slab garage floor over gravel and then back onto concrete. Literally just put a couple large pieces of plywood over the gravel and slowly pushed it up and onto the patio slab with no issues. In the tub itself I wish they would’ve put speakers on all 4 sides, but it’s nice that it has Bluetooth for music. One of the headrests wasn’t seating properly so I contacted customer service and within a week I had a new one sent out to me free of charge. Their customer service is great and is very attentive/receptive to my questions. Overall very pleased with this product and it’s absolutely great for the price. So far I have no complaints and no big issues have come up. I would recommend this product to others!
Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We appreciate it and are happy to hear you love your spa. If you ever have any issues please reach out. Have an excellent day!
Disappointing Crap
Purchased in October 2022, and now it's February 2025—I'm furious. I had a great experience with an older model from this same manufacturer over a decade ago. I assumed they'd only improved. Instead, they've cut corners with cheap components and outsourced support. My decade-old spa had only minor issues; this one arrived faulty, flimsy cover, speakers died within months, and a main controller board that I had to pay for and replace myself -- and I'm still having problems! Their warranty process is a total sham, smoke and mirrors. Despite their market dominance, it's all pump and dump. I'm returning it to Sam's Club as soon as I can figure out how. Buyer beware. Note: Sam's is requiring me to upload a photo, so here's when it actually worked.
It’s a dud.
Spa was 2 weeks late arriving. The big manifold pipe leading to all the jets leaks. The blower and check valve were DOA. The Bluetooth stereo was DOA. The manufacturer sent the repairman the wrong parts. Two and a half months later we’re still waiting for the spa we ordered to work like the spa we ordered. If this were a car it would be returned under the lemon law. Good luck.

You get what you pay for
Two years in and there have been a lot of problems. Speakers broke 6 months in and were replaced then broke again 6 months later. We found metal parts in the bottom of it several times. The valve broke to one of the shoulder jet spots so now we have to listen to it spray while in it. The headrests are all deteriorating and cost $300 for new ones. Sometimes the controls just turn on the jets when they aren't supposed to. We will definitely be leaving this when we move next time and buying the name brand for the next house. There is a reason it's half the price of a nice one.
Hi Chip. We're sorry about the issues you incurred. Have you called our team for warranty work? This spa has a warranty and some of the issues described are covered.
Terrible Workmanship
The spa had a leak that was discovered immediately after filled with water after install. I notified the company for repair. I must tell you they don’t get in any hurry trying to help and it’s difficult to reach them as they don’t always answer the phone. It took almost a month for a service technician to come out. They saw a leak and advised they would come back after they ordered parts. A month later they came and completed the repair...or so I thought. After filling the spa with water for the second time, it was still leaking. I notified the service technician and they came out the next week. They’ve since said they are submitting an authorization to the manufacturer for an additional leak on the opposite side of the tub. I’ll be putting the third round of spa chemicals in the tub hopefully soon (assuming the second leak is the final one). I’m so frustrated with this product and their lackadaisical approach to fix a brand new item that obviously wasn’t checked well before leaving the factory!!!!

Overall its ok
We bought this Spa when it was on sale for 5899 and glad we bought it at that price and not full price. Looks great, lots of jets and power, great features. The speakers are weak, do not sound great but who doesn't have extra blue tooth speakers around? The worst part is the service, takes forever to get ahold of anyone but when you do they will eventually send out a repair service. We had several issues when we hooked up it up but nothing to keep it from operating. They finally sent a service out and they fixed what they could but the steps still need attention. I have emailed multiple times again and no response, not sure what to do from here on out but rest assure I will handle it.
