I didnt know what to expect but this is really good. Used it with crackers, on sanwhiches, and with fruits.

This cheese is sooooo good! I took a chance on this cheese for our Grandbaby's first Birthday. It was sliced for a charcuterie board and all the adults loved it.

Omg! This is the best cheese! We slice some every single day at our lunch meal. Crumbly for shredding but perfect for bite sized pieces.
