This is great for a quick lunch or would make an easy side for Mexican dishes. The tomatoes and peppers give an authentic flavor and with only ninety seconds in the microwave it's simple no matter where you're at.

The taste itself was okay, I felt it could have had more seasoning and or flavoring to it. It was super easy and convenient to make for a quick dinner.

We had this flavor along with a few other varieties of Uncle Ben's and they were all a hit but the Spanish style rice was the crowd favorite.

It's super convenient to make on a busy day, just pop it in the microwave for a couple minutes and you have a great side dish. It tastes great, the flavors mixed with the tomatoes and peppers work well. It was a great addition as a side to our enchiladas. Will be adding it to my shopping list.

I grew up watching Uncle Ben's commercials as a kid and then I got hooked and wanted to eat Uncle Ben's rice all the time. To this day I still buy it! This Spanish rice goes well with any meat and poultry dishes.

You put the rice packet in the microwave and thats it. This rice would be great stuffed inside bell peppers as well! Nice bold flavors
