Very pretty but a little heavy

Tried to return to local Sam's but was told this was a 3rd party purchase. Sam's ad for the product is misleading. It appears on line to come from Sam's. No where does it state otherwise. Was given a customer service number to call. Then was told they could not help, gave me a reference number and told me I should receive a call from another Sam's representative within 72 hours to discuss return and refund of this product. I would have never purchased this product had I known it was a 3rd party vendor. Had a return at Walmart for a 3rd party vendor. Walmart printed the label, placed it in a box and shipped the item to their vendor. Within 48 hours, the refund was in my account. Sam's step it up!! This is not good customer service. Very dissatisfied with your customer service when dealing with your vendor.
