My original Keurig stopped working. I called Keurig and had a great experience with customer service. The replacement process was easy. My new machine is working great. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I appreciate the help given when I called about my Keurig that wouldn't work after only owning it for about five months. I have had Keurigs for several years and this is my first problem.

My other keurig machine just stopped working. Hardly been used. I could have just bought this-mini for the same price and got a warranty on it. I call this a scam. Did not come with a number to register it

The replacement took a long time to get. I sent everything they asked me for. And for some reason they didn't review my photo's they said.these coffee makers seem to only last barely a year.

I ordered this Keurig for my grandma it does not work. Would like a new one sent to me. Does not brew the coffee at all, leaks water all over the place . And there is not a hole at the bottom or where the k cup goes to make coffee

Perfect gift for that grad going off to college. I was able to get the grey color online, when I couldn’t find it other places. Great selection of k-cups as well.

I was extremely satisfied with the Keurig Customer Service and Warranty process. My claim was handled immediately and my replacement brewer was sent out the next day. Would highly recommend.

This is the 2nd one I bought...I ordered one for me & one for my brother...We both love the K-Mini Plus Single serve..Not only does it look nice on my counter, it doesn't take up a lot of room...(space saver). Would buy it again !!

But this one, again is giving me problems. It took 4 try’s and one unplugging to get it to to work. And that’s only after not even 2 weeks. I appreciate keurig awesome customer service tho
