This is my third K-mini Plus and a replacement for the second one. Both the first and second had strange problems after almost a year. I expect this one to work perfectly until about 10 months of its life with me. Very unfortunate because the size profile is perfect. They just have a short life span. Not worth having to replace every year.

I received my Mini Plus in October 2020 as a warranty replacement for a Mini I bought 9 months earlier. The customer service was excellent. My Mini is simple to use and makes a cup of coffee in about 2 minutes. I am very pleased with it. One thing that is strange is the noice it sometimes makes after the coffee is made, and that is an intermittent sound that is a little like a whistle. It is not uncomfortable, but it seems unnecessary. The sounds have occurred for five minutes on occasion. Overall, the Mini is a good product, and customer service was good when I needed it.

I love the size, but it’s confusing and doesn’t start brewing like my full size keurig does, when it starts flashing you think it’s ready and you hit the button nothing happens and then you wait and then you open it up and can’t understand why it’s not going and then all of a sudden it starts brewing so it is a little bit confusing.

This was my first Keurig. I wanted a small one because its a secondary one that I use on the second floor of my house. I have gotten used to Keurigs now, and I like it. It is very compact. It was hard to find fill your own pods that fit because its a mini Keurig. It is very narrow but long. It sticks out almost as far as my bunn coffeemaker downstairs. I think it would be great for travel or an apartment

We bought one in November and there was a problem with the unit. When we called to see if it could be replaced, they asked a few questions and then promptly sent us a brand new unit! We love the size, it doesn't take up much space on the counter, and we love the mug and strong coffee feature.

Perfect for the single cup user in the household. I love that you can remove the water receptacle to clean, my previous one was not removable . Also, this model has an option for stronger coffee and a container to keep some K-Cups. Fast shipping, have only used it for a few days now, hoping to have longevity with this unit. Love the color (evening teal).

Nice Coffee Maker. It does take a while to heat the water up and is hard to tell how much is too much water for the intake. I love the coffee pod holder that goes with it. So if you're patient you'll love it. I'm just used to an instant Keurig at work so I guess just called me spoiled :)

I received the K-mini plus. It is not working like it suppose too. I need to return this item and I hope I can get another. I am not happy with this machine. I originally bought the big Kurig machine. I love that machine. Can someone be of help and send me a new machine

We have two of these, mine's gray, because I don't like to wait for my spouse to get their coffee before I get mine and we have different tastes in coffee. I know impatient. It is so simple and easy to use, you just put in the water, pop in the K cup, press the button and voilà coffee in short minutes. They sit side by side on the counter and don't take up that much room. Just keep it clean, don't overfill it and it will work well for you.

I got this model for Christmas 2018, it stopped working after 5 months, they replaced it and now this one doesn’t work, will call and ask for a different type of machine. So disappointed, my large machine was great, never a problem. Please stop selling this model, it’s junk!
