We decided to go back to a regular coffee brewer but wanted something for a quick on-the-go cup or for an occasional cup of hot cocoa. This works perfectly. Just a couple of minutes from start to finish. Love that everything have a compartment and can easily be packed for travel.

Disappointed

I bought this item in October 2022 and gave me nothing but trouble. After attempts to fix Keurig sent me a new replacement. The new machine is doing the same thing. The water takes about four minutes to dispense and machine makes a clicking sound when not in use.

Don’t care for the mini , I munched liked better the larger version, it’s tuchy to figure out the contankorus little thing plus there is a side storage that has no useful purpose doesn’t even hook on - and can’t use little filters I buy Hope you com up with a better user friendly and a liner we can use regular coffee not just pods.

Just what we needed for travel!

We ordered this to take with us on our travels. Hotels usually provide a coffee maker, but not necessarily ones that use a K-pod, and that's a must for me. This K-Mini Plus Single Serve is perfect (and I love the "Cardinal Red" color, which is so "energetic" in the morning). It is easy to transport, small enough not to take up a lot of room on counters, and a breeze to use. It is a little noisier than our full size Keurig while brewing, but it's no big deal and we quickly got used to it. I do have to remember that it's not storing several cups of water, and that I have to fill it each time, but that's just a matter of getting used to it. What's nice is that we don't have to hold the brew button down if we just want hot water (ie: for tea), like we do for our full size unit. The extra storage compartments (for the power cord and K-pods) are a bonus. I also purchased the new Keurig travel mug, which serves not only as a "measurement" device for the water you put in the coffee maker, but fits nicely underneath the dispenser on a "flat" drip tray (after you remove the regular elevated drip tray). Mug is a perfect size, easy to hold on to with the horizontal "grip" and it keeps the coffee hot........which by the way, tastes just like the coffee brewed in our full size unit. Overall, quite happy with this mini unit!! Thank you Keurig for designing something so compact, yet efficient, for those of us who travel!

Warranty Replacement of my Keurig Mini Plus

I owned the K Mini Plus for less than 6 months and gave it limited use during that time. Either an internal electrical fuse or circuit breaker malfunctioned, since one day it just wouldn't turn on. I alerted the Keurig company via a phone call. After taking some pictures of the unit and following some email instructions, I was instructed that a new identical unit will be shipped to me at no charge. I would hope that this new unit will function longer and give me better service. I reserve my opinion on this new unit until proof of service.

This is my third Keurig single serve coffeemaker. I have been veery pleased with the results until I purchased this Mini serve. The unit does not produce "hot" coffee. The temp is only 155 to 160 degrees.k. Keurig replaced the first Mini that I had when I reported the temperature problem. They were very great to work with and replaced my coffee maker with a new one, but the new one does not heat the water any hotter than the one that was replaced. I am only to assume that the coffee maker, by design, does not provide a "hot" cup of coffee.

Stopped Working After One Pod Brew

I used it once with bottled water and a coffee pod. It worked fine. I came to use it a second time, and it would just drain water from reservoir in the tank, make a noise like it’s brewing, and stop. Troubleshooting didn’t help. I responded to the email I was sent, by the way, you have to send multiple pictures because your order number, email address, and serial number you read isn’t enough. The process is a pain. The email was sent within the hour and no reply was giving. I called 6 days later, today, to see if there was any update, and alley didn’t get the email I sent from replying to the email they sent. At this point, I just want a refund and will purchase something else from somewhere else. It may be first world problems, but by God’s grace I just moved into my new place and l was really looking to forward to enjoying my morning cups of coffee again. I know there are worse things in life happening, even so, for the price of these things, they should work and customers shouldn’t have to go through the extras steps to receive a functional product.
