Was a Christmas gift. Could not get it to work. Would draw water half way. Give me lukewarm tea. Had a terrible time. Had been using bottled water that was room temp. I am now using water from the tap which is colder. Have had a perfect cup of tea every time. Used one full box of tea pods. What a waste when all I needed was to use colder water.

I bought mine in red after my full size one broke during a cross country move. I love this little one. It does what it's supposed to do and doesn't take up a lot of room. The one, minor drawback is that the tank for the brewer is much smaller. I have to refill it more often, but other than that, it's perfect for a one or two cup a day brew.

This is the perfect size if you’re the only one in your family drinks tea or coffee. It’s super compact and looks nice on the counter. It’s a little slow compared to the larger ones. I bought the k-mini plus in black earlier this year and have loved it ever since! It brews the perfect cup of coffee and I've received multiple compliments about the sleek and compact design. Overall, this coffee maker is perfect for working from home!

Opening the box and seeing the Keurig that I received CONPLIMENTARY, before even opening it I knew I was in for something great. The sleek matte black look, the slimness of the coffee make itself (great for someone with little counter space), and the fact that i received k cups along with it! SETTING IT UP WAS SO EASY! All you have to do us take it out of the box take the tape off, plug it in, and do one brew of just water through it to ‘cleanse’ it and you’re all set! Took less than 2 minutes and within another 2 minutes I had the perfect size cup of coffee! I am not happy with this model Keurig. I have a hard time waking it up to finally brew one cup. I have to repeat the steps 3-4 times. I am considering returning it. Only used it for one cup. It’s not Walmart’s fault that it can’t begin to touch the other Keurig ‘s. I guess you go big or don’t buy at all. What was Keurig thinking? I wouldn’t give it as a gift!

My first machine was messed up, but customer service eventually replaced the machine and i am happy with my purchase again. Be sure to clean your machine (the needle that pokes a hole) because apparently that is what messed mine up even though I am OCD about cleaning, this requires extra extra attention).

When I got mine, I immediately began to use it. I loved how quick and easy it was to use. It is very convenient for me because it’s small so it fits on my counter perfectly for me to just brew and go. I love this smaller size but none of the reusable k cups that I've tried have fit! I've tried over five brands and the "needle" that punctures the k cups on the lid of the machine won't fit into any of the reusable cups! Am I missing something? Is my machine faulty? It's frustrating to go from a large machine with reusable k cups to a smaller machine without them.
