This machine looks great and takes up little counter space. You have to put water in each time you brew, but it works perfectly and was exactly what I wanted.

Mine is very loud , both on initial water moving from tank to machine and coffee going into cup did I get a defective one??? May return it as other reviewers say it is quiet????

I bought an upgrade and it did not heat up the water. I called the Keurig company and they were very fast and prompt and sent me out a brand new one. Very good customer service.

Had to replace my 12+ year old single cup maker and what an improvement! So much more sleek in design and I love that the water reservoir is removable - it will be much easier to clean.

This is a replacement to the one I bought not even a year ago. This one is giving me the same problem and it doesn’t close correctly. fix feeling about this product.

This is my 2nd one both made growling noises after it shuts off Year's ago I had the other larger model &Mini and it was fine very disappointed in this model noise goes on for 1 hr

This thing stinks and I’ve been through 3 and not doing it again. I’m done when this one quits I’ll go to a different brand. Keurig this model stinks and gives you a bad name

I thoroughly enjoy using my Keurig mini coffeemaker. It is so simple to use and gives me a quick cup of coffee in the morning without a lot of fuss! I would never go back to using my old coffeemaker!
