The Keurig Customer Service was great. On the other hand this Keurig Mini sucks. The older model was much bigger but never poured out all over the counter and never had an issue supplying water.

Easy to use after you read the instructions a couple of times. Using my own coffee with the paper filters makes cleanup easy and more economical for some one on a limited budget.

For several years I’ve had a Breville machine. It was very heavy and really didn’t fit my spot. My mini Keurig is perfect for a sleek kitchen. I love it.

I love the K-Mini Plus.The coffee taste better.I am using the same brand that I always use,it has a stronger more robust taste.I also love its slim size on my counter top.

This coffee maker is too slow. Made coffee faster with my old Keurig 2.0 Now I have to wait for my coffee every morning, I may as well go stand in the line at a Starbucks. I wish I could send it back.

Absolutely the most straightforward hassle-free single-serve coffee maker there is! Couldn't be easier to use. Super slim and fits just about anywhere. The Cardinal Red color version is gorgeous.

I really love my Keurig coffee maker! It’s the perfect size for my husband and me, and so easy to use. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. I especially like the added storage compartment for my coffee pods, and the button for strong coffee!

I like my K-Mini Plus. However, I was disappointed when I opened the box only to find expired coupons. There were two coupons, one for coffee, and one for a descaling solution, but unfortunately they expired in 2021.

Well must say this company care greatly about its customers, was taken care of so well that I almost feel guilty, just simply the best customer service period!!

So far after two months of use my Keurig replacement is working great since my original Keurig only worked for 4 months!! Hopefully Keurig quality and reliability has improved and it works for a year or more like other coffee makers!!
