You may have tried other brands but I promise you there is nothing that compares to Claxton. Claxton is second to none!!

Stale, couldn't eat it. Smell like stale cooking oil. Wasn't able to eat it. Very disappointed! Was a lost of of time and money. I love fruitcake, but this was disappointing.

BEST Fruitcake Ever! Found this at my local Sam's Club years ago. Look forward to it every year. Find it difficult to buy just one box, lol. Enjoy mine cold with Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese!

I am Fruit-Cake Picky! I'll go years without one if my only option is a bad one. But this one does not fail. I was hesitant until I had my first piece this 3-pack fruit cake disappeared fast in my household. I'd compare it to ones I paid up to $30 for in the past and I'm heading to buy another box (or two - will try freezing one) after a month's break between the two lol. Highly recommend if you love fruit cake but $30-40 isn't in the budget. Almost wish I hadn't tried it because it's high-calorie and I want more...

I gave these to two friends, one being my 99 year old stepmother and one being my friend since 1950 as classmates. Both called me and complained about the bars falling apart when they first cut them. I am got them today and returned them to Sam's on Clepper Dr, Eastgate, Cincinnati, Ohio. Very unusual for that to happen.

What a bargain. I bought the three Claxton Fruit cakes at the local Sam's club and keep them in the frig so they keep longer. We go through one a week and they are good. We like the candied cherries the best. The ones from Texas are even better but cost about thee times what these cost.

I have tried many fruit cakes and they have always been dry, crumbly, tasteless, etc. However this one is absolutely delicious. Very moist and loads of fruit and nuts. Cuts clean slices without any crumbling whatsoever. And it tastes delicious. I would highly recommend this cake. I am going back to get another package. Thanks for a really good product.

This is the best fruit cake I ever had. It is moist and not super sweet. It is packed with goodies and the price is a bargain. My neighbor hosted a X’mas party last night and she was thrilled to see the Claxton fruit cake I brought over because she knew it is the best fruit cake and her favorite.

Found this to be an excellent fruitcake at a bargain price. Just re-ordered while available and will freeze extras if not gifted for holidays. Rich, complex and well textured with citrus overtones. Refrigerate and slice while wrapped, then serve at room temp.
