We bought the Clayton fruitcake today from Sam’s. The nuts were rancid. Normally I wouldn’t writ a review like this, but I haven’t been able to get a callback from Sam’s about it so I wanted to warn other shoppers. The store is over 2 hours away so taking it back isn’t practical right now.

My husband loves this Fruitcake!! Every winter I buy 3 or 4 and put one in the fridge so he can help himself whenever he wants some. I freeze the rest to enjoy during the year! We both are crippled and can’t get to the store to buy them. That is the only thing that upsets me! I wish I we could get them shipped directly to our home😊. As it is, I have to ask someone to go the 35 miles to the Sam’s Store to buy them for us! We Highly recommend this item! Once in great while we find a small nut shell - - but that’s no problem!,

This fruit cake is extremely, extremely sweet. I couldn’t eat it.

Very dry and some of the fruit was so hard you could not eat.

Did not like the taste from the preservatives used

Adults and children loved it.

Worst fruitcake I’ve ever tasted. Very bland. I will not purchase again.

Gould not find it for a while then OMG Sams had it.....thank you.

Bought this for my wife who loves fruitcake, she can’t eat it because it tastes bad
