BROWN LETTERS

Installed these on a customers classic car last summer --- tires have 40 miles on them and the letters are brown cant get them to clean up.

Can I paint my BFG T/A letters white ?

72 Pontiac GTO 455 HO looks great, runs great and has brown T/A Letters. I am 70 and know how to clean tires. Can’t do it ,
