It said it was medium firm. This mattress is not firm at all. You smash right down in it very disappointed.

Perfect mattress for my extra tall teenage boy. He says its the perfect hug at night yet is still firm enough. Very pleased

The mattress was purchased to replace a futon cushion, the mattress is perfect for our purpose and is comfortable.
