I ordered a firm mattress and what I received was ultra soft. My back has hurt ever since I received this mattress.

Would never guess this was a mattress in a box. So convenient to order this for pick up the day before moving in from another state.

Very Comfortable. We also purchased a separate frame from Sams, and the remote works well for raising/lowering head and foot of bed.

We got this mattress for a spare bedroom, our grand daughter and her husband stay often, they really liked it.

This is the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in, it beats mine that I paid close to 4k for!!!

This is not really a good mattress for adults. not much support or edge support. When you sit on the edge it just crumples to the frame.

Bought the medium firmness model and it's WAY too soft. I don't even trust the firm option now. Going to return and look at different brands.

I wasn’t sure how this would hold up on a daybed metal frame, but it did great. My daughter loves it.

I haven’t slept in the bed but we had guests that did and they said it was very comfortable. Good mattress for the price.
