We purchased a full-size, firm mattress for our spare room in February. It's now June. I waited to leave a review, so I had plenty of time to try it out. It is definitely not firm. I sleep on it 5 nights a week. It's soft, and your body sinks. It might be firm for a child, but anyone over 100 pounds would not say it's firm. Would not recommend or buy again. .

Purchased for the guest room. I didn't use it myself, but a visiting family member was comfortable and slept well. It's a very thick mattress, so if you use it with a box and a standard bed frame it would be pretty high. I used it with a fold up metal bed frame and a thin mattress pad under it, no box and it was high. Set up was easy for the twin size. I was able to do it alone. The mattress fluffed up fully in a few seconds. I didn't notice any offensive odors, but it wouldn't hurt to let it air out a little before putting the sheets on to let the new foam bed smell dissipate.

This mattress claims to be medium/firm. 100% not the case. I should have read the reviews because it is way too soft. To make a long story short, this is the worst mattress I have ever bought. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and purchase this bag of feathers.

I have purchased the Serta mattress at sams and the quality is way different. This mattress is very weak around the edges and the corners are worse. If you are using a platform bed that is slatted the mattress will push right through so you will need some kind of support between your mattress and the slots. I would recommend the serta bed in a box over this one for sure.

We bought two of the XL Twin Firm mattresses. Before this purchase we had a sleep number bed. After20 years I still tossed and turned all night. With these new mattresses I placed a 1inch memory foam topper on them. I no longer toss and turn at night. So very comfortable on these mattresses. They came rolled and vacuum sealed in individual boxes. Never would have thought they would be this amazing. So glad we got them. Don't miss the sleep number at at.

I suffered a L1 compression fracture in January after a fall, and have had significant pain ever since. I chose the mattress based on the promise of perfect support for my back. The mattress feels luxurious, but I still wake up with an aching back. That could be because of my injury, and not the fault of the mattress, but I am disappointed, none the less.

I was a little bit on the skeptical side that this was going to be a 12 inch mattress when it came in. But after we got it out of the box and set up it lives up to its brand and description 100%. This was a new bed for our son's room (twin ultra plush) and he loves it. Sleeps so much better than he did on the old spring mattress. I would definitely recommend this mattress, it is very comfortable and easy to set up once it's out of the box it will take shape in 5 to 10 minutes. I love how easy it was to handle compared to a box mattress, like night and day. I do suggest getting a mattress cover or pad for it if you are buying for younger children since it is foam on top and will soak up everything.

My husband and I have been using this mattress for the last 3 months. Compared to our old mattress, I love it! It’s great for relaxing and so nice to sit up and read/watch tv without getting uncomfortable. I do like sleeping on it, but I’d prefer it to be much more firmer. I was not sold on memory foam for this reason. My biggest complaint is that it says it has a cooling feature. We have a mattress cover on top, so not sure if that takes away from the coolness? My biggest issue is that we both wake up extremely hot. We like to sleep with the AC turned down, so if we forget to do that, we will wake up HOT and sweaty. Overall it’s a great mattress, but not sure if I’d purchase for myself again.

So far, it's great 👍 The mattress puffed up quickly right out of the plastic wrap. It might take a few days for my dad to get accustomed to the memory foam, but its better than the cheap mattress from those firm stores at every corner of town. I wish Sam's also sold a base or bunky board.

I purchased 2 Twin XL 12" medium mattresses to use with a King platform bed. While the mattresses expanded quickly, had no smell, and a perfect medium feel (not too soft/not too firm), they are not anywhere close to a Twin XL dimensions (38" x 80"). Within 15 minutes of unboxing, they each expanded to nearly 42" wide. Height only got to about 11" as well. 84" wide will not work on a 76 1/2" wide bed. I ordered online so they will be picked up, but it was a complete pain to have to plastic them up again for pick up.
