[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are completely blown away at how conformable this queen size mattress is that comes in a box!! When my husband moves I don't feel it at all. The bed does not get to hot or to cold. Removing it from the box and cutting the plastic was easy.

I'm not one that loves gel an soft mattresses but this one is different. It's a firm, strong type of soft. The comfort is amazing. This is definitely a winner. It 12 in so its thick but my sheets fit it fine. No slip offs and the coverings is not too short. I believe this mattress was made especially for me

And I just knew the first week I would sleep on it it would cause me to have back pain because that’s happened in the past. To my surprise I’ve woken up with zero pain! This mattress is great though, soft but supportive. Love that it's not too deep, I can actually use all my sheets. Really recommend this mattress.

I ordered this in October 2020. almost a year ago. The sleep on it is great! I have back issues and I sleep well at night. I'm 6ft tall, 197lbs, and I don't sink in the middle.However, if more weight is added, you do sink. Especially on the sides; they just sink in when you sit on. It didn't inflate as it should have. Sam's was great about it when I called.

This unrolls into a queen size mattress. I love how comfortable the mattress is when laying on it. You don't feel your partner getting on at one end, the vibrations and movement is mitigated from side to side. So when my partner gets on or off, I don't feel it when laying on the mattress, which is great since we have a newborn and constantly getting off the mattress. I love the firmness of the 12 inch foam and getting a good night's rest. Very satisfied with the mattress.

I have been working from home for the last three weeks so the Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress has been my office. I know that this has been the best sleep that I have had in years no waking up at night or tossing and turning just peaceful sleep. I liked that it was easy for me to move around on my own.
