I'm very happy with this medium-firm memory foam mattress. The plush top layer provides excellent pressure relief, and I find it supportive and comfortable for both sleeping and lying down. It took 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand according to the manufacturer's instructions, and it feels supportive and even throughout. While there was a slight initial odor, it dissipated within a day. Overall, this mattress has exceeded my expectations and provides a cloud-like feeling of comfort.

I have had this bed for about a month now. It is very comfortable with medium support. It has some give, but you don’t sink down into the bed making it hard to reposition yourself during the night. When I climb into bed, the bed doesn’t “jiggle” and wake up my husband, which I like. This is the cheapest bed I have bought, usually going with Sealey or another well-known brand. This bed is the most comfortable bed I have owned!

This is the 4th mattress of this exact type with the exception of size that I or someone in my family has purchased. The previous three felt and looked great. This one has lumps (really large raised wrinkles) in the cover that we hoped would go away but didn't. Since it still felt great and because returning and replacing would be such a hassle, we just kept it. Sorry no pictures.

My brother and his wife were coming to stay with us while their house was being finished. I decided to upgrade my guest room with a new mattress. The price was great, the delivery fast, and the mattress turned out to be surprisingly comfortable. You can spend more on a mattress, but why do it?

I ordered two Twin XL mattresses, and the value for the price is absolutely excellent. The shipping was incredibly fast; they arrived within just one day of placing the order. ​As for the mattresses, I ordered one Medium and one Firm, and here is my experience: ​The Medium: It felt truly medium, but it leans slightly toward being a bit softer. ​The Firm: It is a little less firm than what I am used to. ​Honestly, though, their overall quality is excellent! The foam quality is great and provides excellent support. I suffer from some back pain, and this mattress has helped a lot—I now wake up in the morning with no pain. ​As for handling the boxes, the weight is moderate and not too heavy. One person can carry them, especially since the boxes have built-in handholds to make carrying easier, though having two people is definitely preferred for a smoother process. ​Overall, I highly recommend buying this. The value you get for the price is fantastic!

This mattress is a quality product. Nice looking but most importantly, comfortable and affordable. We purchased the medium firm mattress. Some reviewers mentioned the sides collapse when you sit on the edge. That isn't exactly what happens, they do give way but it doesn't dump you into the floor. We've been sleeping on it for months now and get a great and comfortable night's sleep. Some reviewers said the mattress is not firm enough. We found that after sleeping on it for a while, our bodies sort of adjusted. This may not make sense, however, we have no back pain or discomfort due to a mattress that is too soft. My husband needs a certain amount of support due to mild back issues and this mattress delivers what he needs. It isn't too hot even with this summer's heatwave. I do recommend this mattress and would purchase it again.

DO NOT BUY. After a month of use, this mattress was worse than the worn-out Nectar mattress I was replacing. I am a 240 lb side-sleeper. The hammock effect is so deep that I am waking up with knee pain from bending my leg sideways. Will have to replace it with another Nectar mattress before my knee is permanently ruined.

Don't buy this! It's not a firm mattress, but one that is horribly soft. If you try to return it and ask for a pickup, you get the run around on the phone telling you that a carrier will call to schedule a pick up (they never did). I contacted support 5 times! They keep telling me to wait 48-72 hours for a carrier to contact me. I complained to Sam's Club service desk and they just told me to contact the 800 number. I'm never ever buying any large ticket items that is delivered to my house ever again

This mattress was comfortable for about 3 months before completely turning to mush. I've had it for only a year and am already looking for something new. There's a massive divot where my hips are and I sink into the mattress. My BMI is considered “normal/healthy” so there's no reason for the mattress to be sinking the way it is. It is NOT friendly for side sleepers. Save your money and go with another mattress!
