Good
Read the fine print. They say dishwasher safe. But further down they say hand wash for longer lifespan of the pans. They also can't be used on burners above medium heat. But they're supposed to be oven safe? If only medium heat then to what degree are they safe in the oven? It doesn't say. So, they're beautiful, quasi functional, and come with a lot of asterisks even though they make claims of perfection. We've had ours about a week and they work. But cooking times are slower because of the medium heat thing. I'm back to hand washing pots and pans when everything else we own can go in the dishwasher. And I'm still leary of making a frittata because I don't know what oven temp is safe for a medium heat pan... So, yeah, fun. We'll see how they hold up in the long term.
We appreciate your feedback on this ceramic cookware set. The set is oven safe up to 450ā (232ā).
NOT for induction
Iām so bummed. I am in love with the look of these. I purchased the white with gold hardware. They were exactly what I wanted! But as others described, they do not work on induction. I tried to boil a pot of water in the 3qt. And after 35 mins I was worried it was my new range. Tried my enameled cast iron, water boiled in 3 minutes. (I have a Frigidaire gallery air fry induction range for reference.) I think maybe the description needs updated to say might work on *some* induction ranges.
We are sorry to hear about your experience, HL. This cookware features a stainless-steel stay-flat base designed for use with induction cooking surfaces. The diameter of the pan's induction base should be equal to or larger than the size of the induction element one is using. If the pan's induction base is much smaller than the induction heating element, the induction sensor may not recognize the pan and will not heat. Kind of Induction Compatible
We have a Thermador induction cook-top. All our other pots/pans work reliably on the cook-top. We purchased these for the non-stick feature. Unfortunately on our cooktop the pans only "kind of" work. The cooktop senses the pan and we can set a temperature, but eventually the cooktop says the cookware is not induction compatible and we have to lift the pan and try again... and again. Not sure as I did not cut the pans apart, but I assume the ferrous metal component is too thin to be reliable as induction compatible. Too bad as the set is pretty, and a good value.
Hi Jimmy, this cookware features a stainless-steel stay-flat base designed for use with induction cooking surfaces. The diameter of the pan's induction base should be equal to or larger than the size of the induction element you are using. If the pan's induction base is much smaller than the induction heating element, the induction sensor may not recognize the pan and will not activate (heat).
Hot Handles!
I wanted so badly to love these pots. I waited months for them to come in stock at my local store and bought the blue and gold as soon as I found them. Brought them home, promptly gave away my old set and started my first dish with the new. Holy smokes!! My old set had heat safe handles. I didnāt even think as I grabbed the handle on this set and promptly burned my entire palm and thumb! Be ware! There is no heat safe design or material on the handles. While the pots are beautiful this is a huge issues in my world. Took them back to sams club today. Now I need to find a set to replace my old ones I gave away.
Buy These Pots! Be Leary of Negative Reviews
I bought two sets of these pots. I read the negative reviews and am confused by them. The name brand pots which are double/triple in price have the same instructions, details and aesthetics as these. The negative reviews complain about the utensils you have to use, the suggested temperature and the recommended hand washing as opposed to dishwashing, etc. - but they do not note that name brand provides the same advice. These are direct quotes from the name brand pots: "Ceramic can hold heat more efficiently than traditional pans, so use pans on low to medium heat when cooking. Overheating can wear away the non-stick coating." Another quote from the name brand - "Avoid using oil sprays or cooking aerosols for greasing pans to preserve the naturally slick coating." Another - "Metal utensils with rough edges may damage your non-stick coating. Stick to wooden, silicone, plastic, or nylon products." Another - "Clean with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or dishcloth to keep your pans looking fresh! Avoid the dishwasher as the detergent can damage the non-stick coating." Another referencing the oven - "Our cookware can handle up to 550°F without breaking a sweat." Sam's club recommends 450 degrees. Another - "Yes, all non-stick coatings will slowly wear off given frequent use. " You get the picture. The name brand has the same type of instructions as Sam's pots. Theirs do come with a storage system. Hope Sam's adds that feature. Maybe the other reviews were not aware of the instructions on the name brand. I have boiled in them, used them on the stovetop and oven. So far so good. Waiting on the pink ones to be back in stock.
Ok
I bought the lavender set after seeing the TikToks all over. They were beautiful and cooked great. Liked the sizes as has come in very handy. However within the first month or 2 there is a gouge in one and scratches in another in the non stick part. While aware that's probably user error it's still disappointing for the price I paid.
I had high hopes..
After waiting a very long time(over 6 months) for the color I wanted to be back in stock, I finally purchased this set. I love the Caraway pans, but I can not justify spending that much, so I was so excited to find something similar for a much better price. These looked beautiful when I got them, but unfortunately, they just aren't holding up, and I don't cook every day. I take obsessive care of these to the point that I hand wash them and bought wood and silicone cooking utensils. There are scratches and tiny burn looking marks inside on the ceramic coating that appeared after only a few uses. The cream colored paint has areas where the paint has browned, so they don't look as nice now, and like other reviews mention, the handles do get got, especially the lids. I am trying to live a more toxic free life, especially with 3 young kids, but now I don't feel comfortable using them, knowing that there are scratches and marks in the ceramic coating.

Contact Member Support at (888) 301-0332 if you need assistance. To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we recommend a deep cleaning method. This involves soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Besides, we have some important tips for you to care this set. 1) Always use low to medium heat. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 3) Avoid sudden temperature change (Thermal Shock) on the cookware and lids. 4) Keep the open fire just touching the bottom of the pots and avoid open fire climbing onto the wall. Also, please keep in mind that metal handles can become hot when exposed to high oven temperatures or prolonged cooking. For your safety, we highly recommend using potholders or oven mitts when handling the lids, pots, and pans to protect yourself from the heat.
Hot Hands
Reading the description saying the hand is made to be cool. That is a lie that handles get hot after cooking in them. And that's cooking on stove top with medium heat. Otherwise I love the color and I haven't had any other complaints but I've only used them three times so far.
Please be aware that metal handles may heat up when exposed to high oven temperatures or prolonged cooking. To ensure your safety, we strongly advise using potholders or oven mitts when handling the lids, pots, and pans to protect yourself from the heat.
Wow!
This set is simply amazing! It looks beautiful, heavy duty, easy to clean and very satisfying to use! Iāve owed cheap pans and expensive ones and this is by far the very best set. Iām thinking about buying another set as a backup. They make a great gift for anyone!
Beautiful
I just got these this week so can't speak to the durability yet but these pans are beautiful. The pans come with instructions to season which was easy to complete. I had debated on buying the caraway pans for a long time but never justify spending 400 of 4 pan, I saw these online and went to 3 different sams to find them. I've made a few meals in different pots and so far so good, no marks, easy cleaning!!
