comparing to caraway
I had a caraway pan and was able to compare the quality, caraway pans are much heavier and seem more durable, however after awhile even the caraway loses its non stick coating and the ceramic chips, so I ended up keeping the members mark set, after over a month of use it’s still a non stick pan, however does scratch easily, follow ALL the instructions, don’t skip out on even 1 if you want them to last awhile.
Delicate Set
I love the sleek look. The nonstick ceramic makes cooking an ease. They are delicate! Two of the skillets have scratch's! You literally have to hand wash them separately! You can't place them in the sink with other dishes. This is the only way I think the could have been scratched.
Ridiculous Pricing!!
May as well get Caraway at this rate these pots have gon from $100..$150..$185 NOW $199 are these imported pots affected by the tariffs?? What in the world pricing is ridiculous looking at early holiday gifts and this isn't even reasonable especially since nothing has changed about the set just pricing!
Wedding gift 🤬
Bought this for my daughter's wedding gift. She didn't want to tell me that a pan failed. I guess other pots/pans worked ok but this one was a HUGE fail in my opinion. My daughter didn't want to complain about a gift and that's why I found out months later
We're sorry the cookware set did not meet your expectations, Noel. Regular maintenance is very essential to the cookware's longevity. Here are some tips to improve your set: 1) Weekly basic care: After cleaning and drying, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the pan’s interior with a paper towel. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then wipe off excess oil. 2) Monthly deep seasoning: Thoroughly clean and dry the pan. Preheat over low heat for 1 minute, then turn off the heat. When the pan is warm at around 50℃, coat the entire interior with oil. Let it sit for 2-4 hours, then wipe away excess oil. Enhance non-stick performance through proper daily use, gentle cleaning and regular maintenance to protect the ceramic coating while forming a stable oil film. Ehhh so so
I've had them for over a year. The pots are fine, but the pans have all been stained. Sticking doesn't occur often because I only cook with Ghee or Butter, sometimes avocado oil. The bottom of the pans went to crap after a few months. The large pan burnt and stained quick! We always made sure to follow the instructions of only using medium heat as well. I'm gonna try a good set of stainless steel or just add to my cast iron collection.

Horrible pans
I bought this pan barely a month ago and it already looks completely ruined. The surface is scratched, stained, and discolored like it's been used for years. I followed all care instructions, used soft utensils, and hand washed only, yet it still looks terrible. Food sticks badly and cleanup is a nightmare. Very disappointed in the quality, especially for the price. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I originally loved these, but they didn't take long and EVERYTHING stuck to them, even with a little cooking spray. I have induction heat and even though it says they work well, it's only a matter of time. Then paint is also chipping and scraping off really bad and it's bubbling around the handles on the lids. I've never put them in the dishwasher, so I'm assuming the non stick was affected by my induction heat.
We're sorry the cookware set did not meet your expectations, CAREY. In addition to the Instruction Manual, regular maintenance is very essential. I loved these pans for about the first 4 months. Unfortunately by 6 months old ive had to toss 3 of them out. Everything sticks to them and starts to burn whatever you are cooking even with oil. Then they become absolutely horrible to clean. Not to mention you can see the uneven heat distribution.
Verified Purchase
I absolutely love these!
I’d been watching forever for these to be back in stock. I really wanted the cream/gold set, but none of the colors had been available. One morning I saw the red was back in stock, so I ordered those. Later that afternoon I was showing them to my daughter, and the cream was back!! I quickly ordered a set of the cream. My daughter is now the proud owner of the red set (her favorite color). The cream set is just gorgeous. I seasoned as directed, and hand wash them only. I haven’t had any issues with chipping or any food sticking. I just wish there was a matching large stock pot available. I need something larger for soups and pasta sauce. I also bought the cream colored Member’s Mark casserole dish set to compliment my new pots & pans.
Not flat enough for an induction stovetop
This cookware set is very beautiful! We are so sad to have to return it. I purchased this because I got a new induction cooktop and needed the appropriate type of pans and these were SO pretty and priced well! A month after I had my stove, I had a problem with the control panel and had the appliance tech come to service the oven. While he was there I expressed my disappointment that it took forever to boil water on a stovetop that was marketed to take mere seconds. He told me to get my iron frying pan and my member's mark frying pan and put them both on the stove at the same time to test the stove out. the iron pan boiled in 3 seconds!!!! the members mark pan took 10 minutes :( we switched burners to make sure and it was the same result. The tech turned the pots over and used a level on the bottom of the pan set and with each pot only one ring of dots was level and touching the glass top. If the pots are not flat and able to touch the stove surface then they can't work. I love these pots and really hate to return them. They would work well on a gas stove (maybe an electric?) but not an induction stovetop.
We are sorry to hear your experience, PJ. Iron cookware naturally heats faster on an induction cooktop compared to aluminum cookware. In fact, aluminum material is not compatible with induction cooktops. To enable the induction function, we add an magnetic stainless steel base on our modern set through impact bonding technique. Induction cooktops heat the aluminum cookware through electromagnetic induction, and it doesn’t require the cookware to make perfectly even contact with the surface. A slightly concave bottom of the cookware is specially designed to ensure stability on the induction cooktop after heating. We appreciate your review, as it provides an opportunity for us to identify areas that require attention and make continual improvements.
