Black Beauty

The best thing since sliced bread!! I was SUPER hesitant about making this purchase but no risk, no reward. This set (which I got in black) is beautiful, super easy to clean and I haven't use any oil or spray. I love it!!🖤

Poor quality after time

I purchased these pans last year and at first they were great. Each of the fry pans are trashed and the non stick coating is gone. I have taken care of these pans. I contacted customer support and they cannot help me because I am no longer a member.

This involves soaking the cookware in hot, soapy water overnight and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. good cookware but misleading

I really do enjoy these pans the only issue I have with them is that the handles do get hot to touch so I wasn’t expecting it when I picked one up by the handle to move it that it would be extremely hot.

can’t find cream anywhere!!

Anyone know where the cream set is being sold?! My sister has the navy and omg so beautiful!! I’m desperate for the cream color but it’s been sold out foreverrrrrrr! ***ugly crying ensues***

I snagged the cream color after stalking the website for over a year! I absolutely love all the pieces, only thing lacking would be a really big pot for pasta/chili or something. But every piece is functional and so pretty!

not so good

Got these as a gift from my husband in april. They are chipping and food is starting to stick to pans. I have taken very good of them to start falling apart.

We are sorry for your experience, Anna. Here are a few more tips for using ceramic cookware: 1. Cook on low to medium heat, always. Since aluminum provides excellent conductivity and delivers even heat distribution, high heat is unnecessary. The use of high heat can permanently discolor and reduce the durability of the cookware. 2. Selecting proper burner size, so heat touches the bottom of the cookware and does not climb up the side walls. 3. We recommend carefully placing pans on and off because sliding across metal stovetops may damage the cookware base. Have for 3 months use daily. Best in class. No chips, no scratches, and definitely non stick. I ONLY use wood utensils. Very easy to clean . Highly recommend
