Really not worth it
Had these pans less than a year and several had to be tossed out cause they would constantly burn eggs even with oil. The food would get stuck in middle from uneven heat distribution which I dont have with other pans. Save yourself the money and get another brand. Im going to try stainless steel to stay away from nonstick cause this was horrible experience.
We're sorry for your experience with the cookware set, Rebo3. To restore the non-stick performance, we recommend soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. As a reminder, always use on low to medium heat and avoid sudden temperature change on the cookware itself. If you would, contact Member Support at (888) 301-0332 and they can assist you with a full refund or exchange for this set if you are still unhappy.
interior amazing, exterior lacking
Let me preface saying that I wanted to love these so much. However, I have a wolf range and after 2 uses the exterior has chipped. I followed all instructions with washing, drying, heat medium low, etc. ! The inside tho is amazing but I am unfortunately returning! Perhaps a lower powered cooktop would be better.
Thank you for the feedback and for following the instructions. Here are a few more tips for using ceramic cookware: 1. Cook on low to medium heat, always. Since aluminum provides excellent conductivity and delivers even heat distribution, high heat is unnecessary. The use of high heat can permanently discolor and reduce the durability of the cookware. 2. Selecting proper burner size, so heat touches the bottom of the cookware and does not climb up the side walls. 3. We recommend carefully placing pans on and off because sliding across metal stovetops may damage the cookware base. Not flat enough for an induction stovetop
This cookware set is very beautiful! We are so sad to have to return it. I purchased this because I got a new induction cooktop and needed the appropriate type of pans and these were SO pretty and priced well! A month after I had my stove, I had a problem with the control panel and had the appliance tech come to service the oven. While he was there I expressed my disappointment that it took forever to boil water on a stovetop that was marketed to take mere seconds. He told me to get my iron frying pan and my member's mark frying pan and put them both on the stove at the same time to test the stove out. the iron pan boiled in 3 seconds!!!! the members mark pan took 10 minutes :( we switched burners to make sure and it was the same result. The tech turned the pots over and used a level on the bottom of the pan set and with each pot only one ring of dots was level and touching the glass top. If the pots are not flat and able to touch the stove surface then they can't work. I love these pots and really hate to return them. They would work well on a gas stove (maybe an electric?) but not an induction stovetop.
We are sorry to hear your experience, PJ. Iron cookware naturally heats faster on an induction cooktop compared to aluminum cookware. In fact, aluminum material is not compatible with induction cooktops. To enable the induction function, we add an magnetic stainless steel base on our modern set through impact bonding technique. Induction cooktops heat the aluminum cookware through electromagnetic induction, and it doesn’t require the cookware to make perfectly even contact with the surface. A slightly concave bottom of the cookware is specially designed to ensure stability on the induction cooktop after heating. We appreciate your review, as it provides an opportunity for us to identify areas that require attention and make continual improvements. Great Quality. Not so great color description.
Love the quality and nonstick of these pans! My only thing that I was really bummed about is the color. I ordered black and in some lighting it looks navy and in others it looks like a dark grey. I wish it was a true black. If I had known I would have went with another color.
Horrible
These pans are horrible. The first time I washed them they got ruined the bottom of the pan. They also stick really bad. Don't cook eggs, meat, or fish in them. I only like the 2 pots from this set. I looked at a lot of reviews about how people love these but do not trust them. They are not worth it. I would rather spend my $160 on 1 or 2 great pans.
We are sorry for your experience with the cookware, Mercy. Here are some tips to help you protect this set. 1) Cook using LOW to MEDIUM HEAT ONLY. The leading cause of material to lose non-stick nature is the use of very high temperature. It could be fatal and damages the ceramic layers causing the material to lose its non-stick nature. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing, and hand washing is recommended.3) Due to highly efficient heating, the food juice may be carbonized on the ceramic cooking surfaces at high temperatures, forming tiny black dirt marks. To help remove staining, 1. Pour vinegar onto a scrubbing pad and scrub the stain. Vinegar is effective in removing most stains. 2. Make a paste of 1 tablespoon baking soda and 2 tablespoons vinegar in a pan and fill with warm water. Let the pan sit for a few hours, then scrub the stains. Worked for about two weeks
They look nice and worked well for about two weeks and then they started sticking to everything even tho we listened to the directions and followed them to a T. We did not even put them in the dishwasher. It didn’t even matter if we put a ton of oil in the pan they would literally stick to everything and ruin our food. We cooked on medium to low heat used the correct tools cleaned them properly and did everything by the book and that did not seem to matter. These pans were terrible.
Wee are sorry to hear about your experience with the cookware set, MDM16. Thank you for following all the directions. To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we suggest using a deep cleaning method. This involves soaking the cookware in hot, soapy water overnight and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. If you are still unhappy please know you can exchange or return the set anytime as part of the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Chipping!
After 3 months of use, hand washing, and hand drying. I followed all the recommendations from the manufacturer, and the pots have chipped, and the paint has began cracking. I bought the grey colored ones. For the price, I would have expected better pots and pans!

Buy this cookware set!!!!
I absolutely love this cookware! I had been debating whether to purchase another brand name ceramic cookware set and was waiting for it to go on sale. Then I happened upon this set at Sam’s and decided to purchase it because it was 1-10th the cost! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and construction of these pieces! I honestly couldn’t tell the difference between this set and the name brand set I was looking to purchase! Definitely happy I purchased this set instead! I saved a ton of money! I purchased the pink and gold set! The color is gorgeous and goes perfectly in my new kitchen! I highly recommend these pots and pans…you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful Pan set for a Low Price
This set is beautiful!! The nonstick surface works great and, depending on what I cook, many times I can just wipe them clean with a cloth or paper towel. I read a lot of reviews and have not had the problems that I have read about (chipping, sticking). The reason I bought the set was because I thought that for the price, it was worth it even if it chipped eventually. I always hand wash my pots and pans and let them dry on the rack. I do the same with these but I feel as though I have to treat them with more care than the stainless pots that I have had for 30 years (they are still in great shape!). For instance, after they dry on the rack, I need to rub them with a dish cloth to get streaks and spots off. Also, because of the reviews that mentioned chipping, I am always careful with where and how I place them in my cabinets. I would recommend them. They are a great price and really beautiful and food cooks very nicely in them.
Chipping exterior
I have used these for 3 months and they’re chipping. I love the look and ceramic coating as it’s healthier than Teflon. I have hand washed them only, I will be returning them because if they’re chipping after only a few months they’re not worth the money.
