I love it!

I have a grandson who is 11/2 years old and needed his own space to sleep in my bedroom when he comes to visit. I put it right beside my bed so if he wakes up i'm right there. This is great for travel and it folds up and can be tucked away in a closet and takes up minimal space. Great purchase.

Excellent Buy!

I run an in home daycare and was looking for something compact to use for naps. I ordered 2 to start and now have a total of 6! I love them. Easy to use, super easy to store and have held up with daily use of over 6 months now! I put crib sheets on over them since I have to wash them weekly and don't want the "cover" to become worn. It works perfect. I have children from the age of 18 months to 4 years using these on a daily basis for napping and have had no troubles what so ever! Highly recommend!!!

nice idea, not very well executed

As numerous others have mentioned, there is a support strap in the middle which is higher than the rest of the bed, causing an uncomfortable lying position. However, if you put small pillows (or folded blankets) on the two halves of the bed, a (thick) blanket to cover the entire bed, and a regular crib sheet, this makes for a nice portable bed. All of these additions, of course, make the bed less portable. On our recent transatlantic trip we flew the cot in the baggage (without the bag, you can feet lots of small children clothes in between the folded legs), while also taking a couple of blankets with us (one in the carry on, and a bigger one in the baggage). With another small pillow we were able to level the bed, and our little one slept on it in several different hotels during our road trip across our country of destination. By the way, the fitted sheet that came with the cot is a complete waste, since we didn't find it good for anything.

Just what I needed

Bought this for my 2 year old and he loved it. I obviously pulled it out of the box at the store before i purchased because of the conflicting reviews. Only to my surprise that the bar in the middle everyone was talking about is non existent! there are legs to the cot, but no bar in the middle like everyone is trying to perceive there to be. As for the uncomfortably everyone is talking about im not sure why everyone expects this to be as comfortable as a pillow top mattress its a non-padded cot! When my son uses it at his grandmothers she folds up a thick blanket and puts it on the cot. my son has also never had an issue sleeping with this and it serves its purpose very well.

Love it!

I take care of my sister's kids during the week and I let the 3-year old take a nap on this cot. I love that it folds and unfolds so easily and it is so compact when I'm done using it - I stick it in the corner behind the door and it's not even noticable. He sleeps very well in it and it is super light (in fact, my 3-year old loves to carry it around). I'm not sure I'd use it as a regular night-time bed since it is not very soft, but for limited use, it's perfect.

Just what we needed

We bought 2 cots for our littles and they are fantastic. I have no idea if they are comfortable, but they serve their purpose and they are compact for packing. I love that they come with their own sheet; not sure if the item description listed a sheet and I missed it, but I was thrilled that it has one! Our kids slept great and thought it was pretty awesome that they had their own bed when we visited family over a holiday weekend. I'm sure we'll be getting a lot more use out of these.

Lifesaver

My grandson had outgrown a pack-n-play. It is hard to get a crib at a hotel and they are usually a port-a-crib. This was a great option. It's very comprable to the cot he naps on at daycare. I did buy a 2 inch foam piece as a mattress. I was able to get it all in the travel bag! I do wish there were some kind of barrier on the sides. Even though it is "dished" in to prevent a child from rolling out, he managed. He's pretty wild. Fortunately, it was low to the floor and he didn't even wake up. We used it everyday for a week on vacation.

Great purchase

I bought 2 of these little cots, one each for my 2 year old & 5 year old grandsons. They are the perfect size for both of them, and both boys say they are very comfortable & love sleeping on them. I love how easy they are to fold up when not in use. Great purchase. Very pleased.

Great portable bed

I just got this product about a week ago and have had my 23 month old toddler use it serveral times over the past week while on vacation. It is very easy to transport. Very light and packs away easily into the included bag. Set up is a breeze. It works just like the folding camping equipment us adults use all the time. It comes with a nylon sheet(bed cover). It is not water proof. So I would suggest buying a water proof pad if your child is young. I also got a nice crib size cotton fitted sheet to go on the bed. The crib size works good, just a little loose. Our daughter liked sleeping on the Regalo. It is easy for her to climb is and out of. In summary, it is a great carry along bed for toddlers!

Like sleeping on bars!

I read the other reviews and wondering if I got a lemon! This is the most uncomfortable cot I have ever seen. Was going to order online and it was in the store , so I picked it up and was excited for my Grandson to sleep on it now that he is out of the portacrib when he comes to my house. I would need to buy a mattress for this thing to be remotely comfortable. I would love to send it back, but had over confidence in it and threw the receipt away! My bad there!
