Easy to use

Just received this and although it seems great it is just too short. My 3 and 5 year olds feet both hang off the end. They could probably make it work this season but it wouldn't last very long. Would be much more useful for a 1-2 year old.

I purchased this cot in blue for our grandson who just turned four. He uses it when he comes to camp for an overnight. The cot is wide enough that he doesn't fall out of it, lightweight yet durable. When he is not using it it packs up into it's own sack and is easily stored out of the way. Seems to be made very well, better than anticipated.

I have a two year old that I am trying to prepare for daycare and I brought this to train him to sleep on a cot instead of the playpen. However I have another son that got sick and I wanted to keep him on the first floor with me during the day and did not want him sick on the furniture. Easy to clean and when he is better I can just use it as a stand by. Just ordered a second one yesterday...

This cot has really impressed me. There is barely any setup...probably less than opening an umbrella. My 3-year-old graddaughter loves to nap in it when she visits and sleeps better than she does in a regular bed. The reinforced band in the middle of the cot has not bothered her, but is the only issue and is easily solved with slight padding. I have already recommended this to several people!

The product does not say in the review when you buy it that it is a toddler cot I bought this for my daughter who is 11 and it didnt not fit her this cot cannot be 50in she is not taller than 50in so if you are buyin it for an older child be warned it may be too small, so we gave it to my granddaughter and it fits her just fine and shes 2 and she sleeps nice on it and the cover is just right for her when she stays at grannys house

I have a grandson who is 11/2 years old and needed his own space to sleep in my bedroom when he comes to visit. I put it right beside my bed so if he wakes up i'm right there. This is great for travel and it folds up and can be tucked away in a closet and takes up minimal space. Great purchase.

We bought this cot to keep as a weekend bed for our 3-year old granddaughter at our camper. We tried air-mattresses and foam flipout beds, but neither were as versatile as this cot. Since whatever bed she slept in had to fit in our camper-size bedroom, we needed something that would easily move out of the way during the day. The flipout bed was too awkward to move, so we ended up walking on it during the day. The air-mattress would stand up against the wall during the day, but it was extremely noisy during the night as she flipped and flipped to get comfortable. So, when I saw this cot on Walmart's website, I just had to buy it. It met ALL my expectations: easily set-up and retracted, just the right size, and no noise from the sleeper turning in the night! The only downside, I would say, would be the one layer of fabric supporting the body. This is no different for any cot, but I chose to soften it nevertheless. I simply cut a piece of a two-inch foam "crate" mattress topper that I happened to have around the house, and put that between the cot and the cover that comes with it. Then, I topped the bed with a soft knit crib mattress sheet, which I take home to wash at the end of each camping weekend. Result: one awesome bed! Best of all, our granddaughter loved her new bed and couldn't wait to show her parents when they came to pick her up. I recommend this cot to anyone who travels with a young child (2-5)!

I loved this idea, as we travel alot it was a perfect thought, after reading the few negative reviews I decided to try it anyway, my 2 year old loved it but the "support strap" in the middle of the bed was aweful, the top and bottom of the bed cradled her but it seemed so uncomfortable with the middle the way it was, ALSO if you have a tall child like I do then forget it because she had about 3 inches left before she was off the bed, again great concept, great quality, easy set up, easy to travel with, cheap price but that darn middle support was terrible....wish they would modify that and make it a little longer....this would be a perfect bed to travel with.......would not recommend this....we returned this after 2 nights of vacation.....

My 20 month old son loves this cot. He used it while we were on vacation for 2 weeks in Hawaii. I also plan on using it when we visit his Grandparents. It is easy to setup and to dismantle after use. It is very light weight , yet durable. Since the cot folds for easy portability, when you setup the cot, there is a slight bump caused by the hardware. However, you can easily put a blanket over it to make it more comfortable for your little one. Great value for the price!
