I've bought this box twice. First time was a few months ago, I think in November or December 2023 and after getting home from curbside pickup I realized they expired within 3 days. 3 DAYS!!! I just sent the box with one of my daughters to her middle school to hand out so they wouldn't go bad. So I decided to buy again to add them in goodies bags for my daughter's prek class. Well I bought them a few days ago April 18th 2024 and they expire April 26th 2024. 8 days! I can't use them since I needed them for May 4th. I can't believe they can't even be good for 2 weeks. It's only the ones from Sam's. My husband grew up eating these gansitos so every so often we'll buy some and the expiration date when bought from other stores is the normal that you'd expect from any individually wrapped treat.

Good concept but it didnt taste as good as I was hoping.

I came across this snack cake in a local market. They are so superior to any of the standard brands that I bought a case to freeze. They have a very moist white cake rectangle which is spread with strawberry jam. The entire bar kid enclosed in a thin chocolate coating. The taste is delicate and similar to a petit four. Highly recommended at 200 cal/serving.
