I recently received this 12-pack of hand towels and have been very satisfied with the overall quality. One of the best characteristics is the softness of the fabric—the towels feel gentle on the skin and are comfortable to use daily. Another standout feature is their absorbency, as they dry hands quickly without needing multiple uses. I also appreciate the durability, since they hold up well after several washes without fraying or losing their shape.

The Member’s Mark Hand Towels are very soft which surprised me, because they aren’t very thick. We have been using them as our hand towels in all our bathrooms and they have been very absorbent and fast drying as well. Overall, I recommend the product, but would prefer it to be a little bit thicker.

I was worried at first because these towels felt a little thin. They are very absorbent and quicker to dry out than my other hand towels. They are super long too which gives more surface area. They wash up well and a little bleach returns them back to bright white. I will definitely be using these towels for years to come.

Nice towels. Require extra washing and rinsing to remove extra lint from being new. If they get severe stains, I can bleach them.

These make great kitchen towels. They’re very absorbent, a good size for drying hands, dishes and countertops. They’re also easy to clean and keep stain free. Drawbacks with them are the price, which has drastically increased over the last few years, and they sometimes snag which results in a thread being pulled out into a long loop that is almost impossible to correct and is easier to remove.

I think these hand towels are just okay. I was necessarily expecting plush, fluffy towels but these are still thinner than I expected. I’ve washed them a few times and they seem to be holding up very well. If you have a need for hand towels in bulk (like a hotel) these are totally acceptable but I don’t think I would recommend them for home use, personally.

I've been buying these hand towels for years now. This month I purchased another dozen to embroider on them and give as gifts. I still had two from my previous purchase and the difference between them is sad to say the least. I loved the previous weight of the towels and now they are very thin and not something I'm proud to give as a gift. I'll try looking for different source for future purchases. It would have been better to increase the price and stay with the original towels then to cheapen the produce.
