[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my new mattress for two weeks. This mattress is really nice . It comes in a box and inflates within minutes of taking it out of the box. The style is very nice. I really like how it has a cooling mattress cover around the whole mattress . This mattress is not firm it’s the perfect memory foam mattress. It’s soft and really has helped me get an amazing full nights sleep since I started using it. My back and neck hurt much less than before having this mattress. This brand is really great! I can tell it’s durable and will be used a very long time. I’ve slept on a few mattresses this one is the best .

This mattress is very firm and it’s great on my back. Not only that, but it’s quite refreshing. I tend to get hot a lot at night and sweat, but the fabric is breathable and fresh. It has a cooling effect. It’s not too big and bulky either. It’s a great mattress!

This mattress is great though, soft but supportive. Love that it's not too deep, I can actually use all my sheets. Really recommend this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most comfortable bed that I have ever layed down on. Its 12 inches deep and queen size so it was just what my wife and I needed to finally get our four year old out of our bed. Though I usually prefer a firm bed this one completely surprised me. It's the perfect amount of room for two full size adults. We just completely redid our room so we needed something smaller compared to the king that we originally had and this was right up our alley. The bed comes to you in a bag and so we were a little sceptic opening it but it completely surprised us how comfortable it was. The bed is made of a very soft fabric that isn't itchy like some. All in all this bed is perfect from the thickness to the size and also that super soft fabric that its made of that makes you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.

Fedex delivered & left box in rain. Thank god mattress was wrapped in plastic. This was listed as ' ultra plush' but, definitely is Not. More of a medium firm. No real softness at all. If you sit on it, you will sink in. If you lay on it & your weight is distributed , you will lay on top with no plushness. Decent price & easy set up but, definitely not a plush mattress. I am considering returning.

I slept on it one night and it was so cool and comfy. I was a little skeptical and thought I would sink into the bed to much but I didnt what so ever! Im going to look into buying myself one! I loved that my body didnt get hot and uncomfortable while sleeping! The mattress was easy to set up, pulled it out of the plastic and let it rise, so neat!!

I have been working from home for the last three weeks so the Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress has been my office. I can say that it’s an office I never would like to leave that’s how great it feels. I know that this has been the best sleep that I have had in years no waking up at night or tossing and turning just peaceful sleep. I liked that it was easy for me to move around on my own. You have to wait a few days for the Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress to fully expand. I am so in love with this Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress I would recommend it to all of my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to find this mattress, as I was in the market to upgrade my daughter's bed. She is growing and not only needed to move from a full size but also to a more supportive mattress that will last years. The Member's Mark brand is already a brand my family trusts and I was excited to gear about this new mattress! The mattress arrived quickly and was compacted in a box. It was quite heavy- 90 pounds actually! Opening the box was the toughest thing to do! This works best with two people- one to pull the mattress out and one to stabilize the large box. Once out of the box, you have to unravel several layers of plastic wrap. The mattress immediately began to expand. I placed it in my daughter's room- on top of her bunkie board bed frame and watched it open up to a 12" deep mattress! Wow! I left it alone for 48 hours as suggested in my box- but I believe it would have been completely expanded within a few hours. This mattress is dreamy- soft and durable material. This is a foam mattress, so your body feels cradled when you lay down but the support is very impressive. My daughter actually slept in the first night- something she never does- and said she felt amazing. After a few days of her bragging about this, I actually took a nap on this mattress and I'm totally jealous. This seriously feels like a soft cloud, but after sleeping you can feel that it is equally supportive. This is an amazing mattress from start to finish. You can easily set this up yourself. The quality is simply the best I have ever seen! I'm completely self on this and can't wait to get another for my son's room next! I see this lasting quite some time and this will be the last mattress I will ever get for my teenager!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always curious about the quality of sleep I will get when I'm staying in a hotel, as it seems all of the mattresses are completely different. I wish every hotel had this mattress, though. It's comfortable, it's right in the middle-of-the-road as far as softness/firmness is concerned, it doesn't get too hot, nor do you freeze to death while sleeping. I'm very impressed with the quality and I look forward to getting many a good night's sleep on this mattress. My only potential concern is the longevity, but that's something we'll just have to find out in the long-term. If you're looking for something that is of good quality, comfortable, and not tailored to a very specific type of person, then I'd definitely recommend giving this mattress a try.
