Very comfortable

I have found that Buying a mattress is not as easy as buying groceries. If you go to a furniture or mattress store. You CANNOT simply buy it and take it (even if you have a truck). You Have To "Order" it. Then, they will deliver it. The DELIVERY Is NOT Free! Anyway, This mattress. Comes in a box?? You have to carefullu roll it out. It expands to an impressive thickness. If you've been slepping on a bad bed. This will seem like HEAVEN! It did for me. I sleep Better now!

Ok mattress

Purchased because had good reviews. It was very comfortable but was concerned as a lump started to develop. I have had a Foam mattress before and not had this issue. I had to return it because it was starting to bother me. Spend the extra money on a Serta. You do bring it back to return it.

Worst mattress I've ever had. Feel like I'm going to fall out of bed every night. If Sam's club didn't screw up my order the first time I have a great mattress. But they didn't render that situation the right way. So I got stuck with this one. It was horrible online customer service. When you're in a house fire all you want to do is sleep in a bed after 2 months of not having one. I waited for the one I ordered only for to be the wrong size sent. And then waited another two weeks for it to be refunded. And had to buy this one in a pinch. And it's awful completely awful. It's uncomfortable, I feel like I'm going to roll out of it and I feel sweaty and smelly from the mattress when I get up.

Adequate for guest room. Too soft for me—I do like firm mattresses though. Convenient in the box. Shopping experience was awful though. Well—cashier was—rude!! And very strange—there was a music speaker on the floor that I almost tripped over. Playing loud music. I lowered the music and the cashier got aggressive about that. Just a strange experience.

Not a hotel mattress, but somewhat comfortable. A little toward the firm side and does conform to your body. It really doesn’t cool all night like the ad states. However it is cool when lying down for a short while. No issues opening with smell, waited 24hrs to allow for full expansion. Overall a good mattress, nicely made, and hopefully will last as long as the previous one.

My wife and I tried this mattress because we wanted something medium firm, but this is more like a plush mattress. If you like something really soft, you might like this but it was not medium firm. I was also disappointed in sams club return policy (auburn hills, mi) as they had special conditions about returning this that aren't listed on their website or anywhere in the store. Inquire with your store about returns before buying.

This product really is making me physically sick the chemical scents that’s coming through gives me migraines and the mattress is not comfortable at all. I have back problems and I wake up sore everytime. Haven’t had a restful sleep unless I take sleeping meds.

I purchased the Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12-Inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress (Full size) on May 27, 2024 for my son's room. A week ago, I discovered he was sleeping on the floor without mentioning any discomfort with the mattress. On December 6, 2024, I bought a new bed frame because I hadn't’t purchased a box spring. Initially, I noticed the head of the mattress was lower than the foot, which I attributed to it being new. Now, there’s a sinkhole forming at the head of the mattress. While the mattress has a weight limit of 300 lbs and my son weighs approximately 274 lbs, I am unsure if this is contributing to the issue.
