Stinks so bad! Literally like rotten garbage! This was for a kid's room, I don't want him breathing this! I have it in a bedroom upstairs and the entire 2nd floor stinks..it hits you halfway up the stairs! I have been happy with other Sam's mattresses..but never again. And since it's unpacked there is no way I can ever get it into my car to return it. Do not buy!

My husband and I have been using this mattress for the last 3 months. Compared to our old mattress, I love it! It’s great for relaxing and so nice to sit up and read/watch tv without getting uncomfortable. I do like sleeping on it, but I’d prefer it to be much more firmer. I was not sold on memory foam for this reason. My biggest complaint is that it says it has a cooling feature. We have a mattress cover on top, so not sure if that takes away from the coolness? My biggest issue is that we both wake up extremely hot. We like to sleep with the AC turned down, so if we forget to do that, we will wake up HOT and sweaty. Overall it’s a great mattress, but not sure if I’d purchase for myself again.

First it did not raise to 12" . Almost 11". The mattress is super soft and it sucks you into it. When you try to get out it bottoms out to the frame. It's the most uncomfortable mattress to sleep on. Sam's should be ashamed to produce this type of product. It's true, you get what you pay for as we thought we would try it out as we bought another brand similar to this and it lasted about 6 years and was very comfortable but that was not the case with this one. Don't waste your time taking this one home because you will be returning it. I hope they let us return it!

I was a bit spectical at first about buying a Sam's Club (Member's Mark) branded mattress at such a low price. I've always had a Sealy, Serta or a Sterns & Foster. I figured that it wouldn't be any good. But I read the reviews and decided to give it a try and boy am I glad I did! This mattress is AWESOME!!! I've had two spinal disc surgeries about 4 years ago and finding a comfortable mattress, with the right support, has been a challenge to say the least. I've been sleeping on a $2,000 Sterns & Foster for the past 4 years that was supposed to be "top of the line" in comfort, but even that mattress doesn't come anywhere close the true comfort of this one. I purchased the Queen size at about 10 in the morning and even though on the Sam's Club website it recommends that you allow the mattress a full 48 hours to conform to it's full size, mine was fully conformed in a matter of a few hours. I was able to sleep on it that same night. It was the first fully restful night's sleep I've gotten since my surgeries. It's nice and plush, but not so soft that you sink into the middle of it. It's got just the right amount of firmness for that much needed support. I've always been a hot sleeper and I found this mattress keeps me at a cool level of comfort all night long. I don't think I can say anything else about it other than it's just a really good mattress, and for the price, you just can't beat it!

This is the second foam style mattress that we have purchased. We have the King Serta 12" Sleep-To-Go mattress in our master bedroom, which we really like and have had for over two years (also purchased at Sam's). We wanted to save money on a mattress (queen) for a spare bedroom, so we went with the Members Mark brand this time. It was pulled out of the package yesterday early afternoon, but after about 8 hours of expanding, it still appeared very lumpy. The edges are not expanding much and the mattress appears to be closer to 8-9", not 12" as advertised. I opted to sleep on the new mattress last night to test it out. This morning when I woke up, I felt I was sunken half-way into the mattress. I'm 6' and 215lbs. I've never had any issues with other mattresses in the past. The mattress is VERY soft, nowhere as firm or supportive as our Serta. I will give the mattress another 24 hours before returning it or contacting customer service to get any issues resolved.

So I’ve only ever owned cheap spring mattresses they were way too firm and I’ve had back problems for as long as I can remember and I’m only 27. We got this mattress and I woke up so refreshed feeling. I need something that helps my pressure points and this did it! It does not sink me in but it curves to my body very lightly. I’m a side sleeper so this helped so much. I normally wake up with side pain and not anymore. Never woke in the middle of the night like I normally do. Both my kids have memory foam already but they’re twin mattresses so when we are ready to upgrade them I’d love to buy them the Members Mark one!! I never had any issues with a smell like the other reviewer and I only waited 24 hours it got up to 12 inches immediately but I still waited a day. Thank you Sam’s for selling an affordable comfortable mattress!

It starts with the unpacking. You will have to unwind layer upon layer upon layer of plastic - just great for the environment. First time I sat at the edge of the mattress I completely sank into it and my legs disappeared in the foam - I am only weighing 170 lb, mind you! Then I tried sitting at the top of the mattress, a large foam cushion behind my back, making me sit up straight for reading - I looked at my feet up in the air, because once again my buttocks sank into this supposedly medium firm sea of foam. I know I am supposed to sleep on this thing, but even stretching out on this soft foam you have to watch out not to suffocate because once again you are going under! the description says only the first layer is soft, well this thing is soft all the way to the bottom of it. Quite frankly, never have seen or laid upon such a piece of junk 'mattress' in my life, and I have slept on many. This thing is going back right away!

We had this mattress less than 2 months and the foam warped and bulged and is sticking up inside the mattress. We are disappointed not only because we spent over $400 and the mattress lasted less than 2 months, but it would be entirely too difficult to return as it comes vacuum-packed in a bag/box and is quite heavy. Attaching pictures, although I'm not sure if you'll be able to see the warping. Buyer beware--this is a cheap item.

I am experiencing lower back pain when I wake up in the morning. I will not get another mattress with memory foam again. I’m looking for a bed topper that is firm to try and even it out. So disappointed by the description and positive reviews. I would rather sleep on the couch (Which is what I’m doing now) or have my old 20 plus year old mattress back.
