After reading the negative and positive reviews for this mattress, I decided to give it a shot because we were in desperate need of a replacement. This mattress is advertised as a medium-firm mattress, but it is NOT that whatsoever. This mattress is SOFT... so soft that your entire body will sink in if you weigh over 150lbs. If you’re into that, then it may work for you. But if you bought a medium-firm mattress because you prefer medium-firm mattresses, you will be highly disappointed. If you prefer firm mattresses and thought you might just settle for a “medium-firm”, then you may fall into a deep depression. Believe me before you waste your money like I did... this mattress is nowhere near medium firm, or even medium. Also, prepare to have your room smell like chemicals for several days. We off-gassed and decompressed this thing for an entire day outside and the smell is still giving me headaches. Here’s to hoping I can return this thing!

This is a great mattress. One of the reasons we love it so much, its transportable, coming tightly wrapped in a box, although heavy, as we purchased king. It is not as cumbersome to maneuver, easily fitting in vehicles. When opened and placed on bed, its ready to sleep on immediately. Its comfortable, supportive and holds its support for a long time. This is the 4th mattress we've purchased. Ive placed one in three bedrooms and our RV trailer. We love them that much.

Couldn't have been better. Mattress arrived 7 days prior to expected delivery, and though the box was heavy, maneuvered it into bedroom, slid mattress out of box, lifted it on platform, and off it went, rapidly filling. Rapidly. Medium firm and looks good. Perfect for overnight guests and children

So my partner and I originally purchased this one mattress in 2020. At the time, it was the most incredible mattress with great support- we couldn’t believe it was only $400. After owning it for two years we noticed the mattress wears down a lot quicker than what a mattress should and wanted to exchange it thinking it just may be a minor defect. Sam’s club was kind enough to exchange it for us behind their member mark lifetime warranty guarantee. When we got the new mattress we immediately could tell that it didn’t feel the same as the original one we purchased. We have it it a chance thinking it just needed a few days out of the box but unfortunately it just wasn’t the case.

Love the bed I own 2 a full and a queen the queen I had to get a replacement shortly after purchasing the zipper on the bottom of the cover did not zip came like that flipped over to try and zip but won’t work they replaced no questioned asked I’m really happy. They are not firm they say firm but they are quite soft you sink in them, i sleep every night in this bed I have no aches and pains it helps a lot.

Convenient to purchase and quick to set up. Extremely comfortable and has great support for your entire body. Would recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive but high quality mattress that you don't need a pickup to transport. Loved the convenience of the bed in a box and being able to carry it up a narrow staircase.

Purchased this bed in full size for my daughters room and was so pleased I replaced my queen size bed as well. It is plush to the touch but definitely more on the firm side. The bed looks amazing and expensive. Very impressed with what members mark has to offer with this bed. I ordered online and they brought it out curbside and loaded it in my truck. The box has wheels for easier moving. Unloading was easy and it didn't give off any toxic foam smells that sometimes beds in a box do.

I was a bit spectical at first about buying a Sam's Club (Member's Mark) branded mattress at such a low price. I've always had a Sealy, Serta or a Sterns & Foster. I figured that it wouldn't be any good. But I read the reviews and decided to give it a try and boy am I glad I did! This mattress is AWESOME!!! I've had two spinal disc surgeries about 4 years ago and finding a comfortable mattress, with the right support, has been a challenge to say the least. I've been sleeping on a $2,000 Sterns & Foster for the past 4 years that was supposed to be "top of the line" in comfort, but even that mattress doesn't come anywhere close the true comfort of this one. I purchased the Queen size at about 10 in the morning and even though on the Sam's Club website it recommends that you allow the mattress a full 48 hours to conform to it's full size, mine was fully conformed in a matter of a few hours. I was able to sleep on it that same night. It was the first fully restful night's sleep I've gotten since my surgeries. It's nice and plush, but not so soft that you sink into the middle of it. It's got just the right amount of firmness for that much needed support. I've always been a hot sleeper and I found this mattress keeps me at a cool level of comfort all night long. I don't think I can say anything else about it other than it's just a really good mattress, and for the price, you just can't beat it!

We purchased a full-size, firm mattress for our spare room in February. It's now June. I waited to leave a review, so I had plenty of time to try it out. It is definitely not firm. I sleep on it 5 nights a week. It's soft, and your body sinks. It might be firm for a child, but anyone over 100 pounds would not say it's firm. Would not recommend or buy again. .

I feel like my bed never fully expanded, it’s supposed to be firm and it is the softest bed ever and not in a good way. I have tried to return but it is already is out of box in my apartment and I don’t know how to bring it back. Customer Support didn’t help me when I called :( help!
