Mattress is super comfy. I am 5foot 8 175 pounds and it is a perfect mid support mattress. I am a side sleeper and if the mattress is to soft or hard I wind up with back pain. I have had no pain with this mattress. It would be a 5 star but the workmanship on the mattress leaves a little to be desired. The cover you can tell was accidentally glued to the mattress in some spots causing the mattress to not rise completely. Also the cover is a little to large for the mattress making it too loose for the mattress. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. If they can get the quality up just a little on the build it would be a 5 star

Stinks so bad! Literally like rotten garbage! This was for a kid's room, I don't want him breathing this! I have it in a bedroom upstairs and the entire 2nd floor stinks..it hits you halfway up the stairs! I have been happy with other Sam's mattresses..but never again. And since it's unpacked there is no way I can ever get it into my car to return it. Do not buy!

I have purchased 4 of these over the last 2- 3 years and will continue to purchase them. I had my doubts based on the price point, but I was pleasantly surprised. I originally bought them for me kids and they liked them. I recently purchased one for my guest room and have slept on it the last 2 nights. I realize that I need to replace my own mattress after only 4 years because I slept so well on this one!

Love the bed I own 2 a full and a queen the queen I had to get a replacement shortly after purchasing the zipper on the bottom of the cover did not zip came like that flipped over to try and zip but won’t work they replaced no questioned asked I’m really happy. They are not firm they say firm but they are quite soft you sink in them, i sleep every night in this bed I have no aches and pains it helps a lot.

Bought this mattress in September 2024. By April, the mattress was sagging and uncomfortable. Tried to return, but was strung along until I gave up on returning. Do not buy this mattress!!! It will feel good for a few months, but it won’t go the distance. Wasting your money. Sam’s club really failed on quality and customer service! Won’t buy any big ticket items from them again.

Bought 2 Queen sized Hotel Premier mattresses several years ago and both are still like new with daily use. One replaced a 250 pound olympic queen pillow top deluxe top of the line mattress that was 20 years old. This new mattress, at a fraction of the cost, is just as comfortable. If it lasts half as long it will be a bargain. When opened in the morning it inflated completely by night with no noticeable outgassing smell. We would very much buy again!

I took a chance by reading all the great reviews. Well that chance was a gamble I lost. Where do I start. First I let it air out for 72 hrs 24 more hrs than recommended and it still never fully inflated. Second this mattress is totally uncomfortable. I’ve slept on cots while deployed that was more comfortable. This was $400 plus bucks down the drain that I couldn’t afford. You live and you learn.

Bought a cal king a year ago and am extremely happy with this mattress. I'm a side sleeper and found it a bit firm, even in ultra plush, but I bought a Serta memory foam-and-"fluff" mattress pad, which made it exquisitely comfortable. Now the mattress and sleeping is perfect and absolutely delightful for me. I love getting in the bed, so look forward to those few minutes of enjoying the mattress cushy comfort before drifting off to sleep. My 75 pound dog jumps up in the night and I don't feel it at all. I only know she did it because she is still there in the morning. LOL Will buy another, smaller, when I relocate in a couple months. You can not beat this for the price. I couldn't be any happier with it. Seriously

First time as an adult buying a mattress, so not ganna lie i had no idea what to look for, but after some research about different types and brands this was a good match. Its a little more firm then i would have liked, but its not uncomfortable at all. Will definitely recommend and buy again.

Brought Queen size this 3 weeks ago, mattress is still only 10" not what is says 12" in final size when it expands. Too soft even though the box and Website says Medium . the person next to you can make you role towards them :D I bought 2 other mattress before, i bought King and Twin was not this soft , it was medium as it was stated. liked it so i bought this , could be diffective from manufacturing! not sure. this may go back to store.
