This mattress is so comfortable. You don’t sink down in it, it still is super soft and comfortable while maintaining that firmness needed for our back support.

This was bought for an Airbnb, and the people who have slept on it so far say that it is very comfortable. I was dubious since it has to inflate, but we've had it a month now and good so far!

Great mattresses and well priced. We use these in our vacation rental and regularly have guests ask about them because they are so comfortable. We even use them in our own homes because of how well we sleep!

Good mattress but a little firm for both of us. I sometimes have back pain and did most of the first night sleeping on it. We will buy a soft mattress topper for ours.

I bought this mattress for my daughter for Christmas as she was sleeping on a pull out sofa in her apartment and her aunt gave her a king sized bed frame and headboard. It was delivered earlier than stated and she says it is magical.

Bought this mattress on 02/06/2023. It is now 3 years old and it is junk. A year ago it started to bunch up in places, and now sags with no support. From the sounds of others comments, no point in trying to get warranty service. Both my wife and I now have back problems.

Mattress sleeps well but after a couple of nights of sleep we noticed a wrinkle in the mattress/ fabric all the way across the middle of the bed. So now when we sleep on it you can feel the wrinkle underneath it. They sent a replacement, it done the samething.

Buyers beware! This mattress is comfortable in the center, however mine never formed on the sides. We waited 52 hours to get on it but it never took. Since then I've been trying to get a refund or a replacement on it but sam's refuses to take care of it. They keep saying they need to pick it up before they will issue me a refund but THEY WON'T PICK IT UP. I keep calling over and over and over again to get it scheduled but they keep telling me i have to wait to be contacted. Sam's club online customer service is by far THE WORST customer service i have ever dealt with. For everyday purchases, Sams is great. But if you're looking to make a large purchase with a "warranty" i strongly suggest you buy elsewhere. Sams does not stand behind their product and they make it outrageously difficult to get help.
