It provide excellent support and good sleep. I would say this is a medium-firmness, and I really want to get the king size, too!

I love the memory foam it definitely turned my restless nights into sleeping through the night. I love that it has like a cooling gel so I can stay cool while sleeping. When I received the mattress it was rolled up and I was like there is no way this thing is going to be comfortable. As I laid it out onto my box spring and it unfolded it bounced right up and rose in the air and created this big beautiful mattress. I was completely surprised that this box had such a big item inside. I was skeptical to think, there is no way I'm gonna feel comfortable on an item like this. Well let me tell you I laid down on that bed and WOW, I really didn't want to get up. This mattress was so comfortable honestly like the best mattress I have ever owned. That night was the best sleep I have had in a really long time. I absolutely love my new bed and I love how easy it is now to fall asleep. Its a very soft mattress inside and out. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a mattress that has a hotel quality and something that is also cuddly and soft I believe that this Queen mattress is definitely for you, You wont be disappointed I know I wasn't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this mattress- I was ready to sleep on it as soon as I can. It expands 48 and it sleeps like a dream! Set it up is easy: Unrool it- Unwind. Mattress will begin to unfold before your eyes. I wake up with less pain in the joints and my back. I went sleeping maybe 2 solid hours and waking up to move from pain to sleeping 6 solid hours!!! This mattress keeps me cool during the night, now that it’s getting hot time of season. I don’t wake up feeling hot. It’s a memory foam mattress you lie on it for about 10 minutes you can feel the memory foam cradle you although not feeling stuck in it-I get out of bed easier now. When it is time to clean mattress it can be spot clean with a damp cloth and mild clear soap. Let it air dry completely. It’s a satisfying mattress. I recommend it!

That is completely gone with this mattress! I love that it has a cooling effect to it as well. No more waking up sweaty! It is all around amazing and I love it! I can't wait to get one for my daughter. I highly recommend it and you won't be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am done with the old style mattresses. This one showed up in a rather small box thanks to it being vacuum sealed. I brought it up stairs, took off the plastic and presto I had a ready to go mattress. It is super comfortable and I slept great on it. Do yourself a favor and get rid of your old mattress. You won't regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress was shipped to my door...in a BOX! It comes rolled up, so you have to unwrap it and let it air out for a bit to take shape. It is so unbelievably comfortable. I only thought I was getting a good night sleep, before. It’s not too soft or too firm. I’m a very hot natured person and the cooling gel memory foam is a game changer! I no longer wake up in a pool of sweat. It’s definitely a hotel quality mattress!

If you like camping and love that feeling of sleeping on a slightly deflated air mattress with virtually no support..... then this mattress is for you! I'm actually embarrassed that I bought this for company to sleep on. The reviews were not good. RETURNING.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm surprised in how this shipped as it's all rolled and compressed into a air tight bag. The box isn't that big but after you open it. This unrolls into a queen size mattress. I love how comfortable the mattress is when laying on it. You don't feel your partner getting on at one end, the vibrations and movement is mitigated from side to side. So when my partner gets on or off, I don't feel it when laying on the mattress, which is great since we have a newborn and constantly getting off the mattress. I love the firmness of the 12 inch foam and getting a good night's rest. Very satisfied with the mattress.

I was concerned due to some of the negative reviews but I'm glad I followed through with the purchase. For me the mattress has been the perfect combination of comfortable and firm. Some reviewers have said it's not a medium firm mattress. I don't know if that is true or not but the mattress has been firm enough for me...given that if I sleep on less firm mattresses the lack of support will cause me to have a discomfort.

My wife and I agree. This is an outstanding mattress, and yes. It does feel like the ones you'll encounter at an above average hotel. On value I give it a 10. On comfort I give it a 10, too. And thanks to my smart watch which monitors the quality of my sleep I can report that on the very first night I used this mattress I spent more time in "deep sleep" than I have for months. On this mattress I experience absolutely no problems with overheating. I'm also able to turn and roll freely. I notice none of that "stuck in a marshmallow" feeling that I've experienced on other beds. We decided to go with Sam's purely because of the quality products in their store. Buying a mattress in a box in scary, but we felt like if anybody was going to have a good one; no a great one at a reasonable price Sam's would. We feel like our decision was spot on and quite honestly couldn't be happier. As a result, I'm taking the time to write this honest review. Just go ahead and get this thing. It's wonderful!
