This is by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on and I am 83 with moderate to severe arthritis in several places, so that is saying a lot.. Super price, too!

Ordered 6/6/24 still waiting sleeping on floor because they sent wrong bed and wont answer after we tried to get problem corrected.Dont do business with these people.My rate is-0.

Super comfy! Cant beat the price especially during the Memorial Day sale. I considered one of these for a couple years and finally did it, like sleeping in a luxury hotel now.

Great mattress! Well made and this is our second queen purchase of same mattress. The medium firmness is just right. Feels plush and comfortable. Beats any high end $1000+ mattress. You won't regret it. We use it on a platform and it's perfect!

I wish they had mattresses set up to test for firmness. Our mattress was a little too soft. It's very comfortable to sleep on, but when you sit on the edge it feels squishy. We purchased the medium firm.

We get great comments on how comfortable this bed is from guests who stay at our glampground. I believe it is right in the middle ground for most types of sleepers. We have one in all 4 of our dwellings.

This matters wasn't very good. It was way too firm even though it said medium firmness. It was like a rock. Caused awful back pain and the fumes that came off of it were horrendous.

We slept on this mattress during an Airbnb stay and found it so comfortable that we decided to purchase one from Sam's Club. Unfortunately, as soon as we unpacked ours, we noticed a raised ridge across the middle of the mattress, as shown in the attached photo. We thought it would smooth out after a few days, but it's been a month and it still hasn't gone away. We can feel it against our backs while sleeping, making the bed uncomfortable. We were excited about this purchase, but we're very disappointed. It feels like money wasted.

Mixed reviews at my house! My husband said it feels like sleeping on a cloud. However, I have not slept a full night on it since we got it 2 months ago. Your body kind of sinks in but a little bit farther than you'd expect for a plush mattress which makes me think it's not supportive. It's also not super plush either and still feels pretty firm for the sinking.

Like sleeping on a brick! Ultra plush? Not even as soft as a medium. The same as our members mark firm we replaced. Our members mark plush in the in another room is far softer then this ultra plush. We'll give it away and buy a new one, but not from sams club this time.
