Our 4 y/o will not sleep in her room because she is scared..(meanwhile our 1 y/o loves her room, haha) so we keep this cot next to our bed and it has been great. Would rather have her in this then kicking us all night long in our bed. I bought one for our house and my mother's house since our daughters spend the night over there as well. Good quality, no assembly required..seriously just take it out of box and unfold. The only thing I would recommend (if your child sleeps on it every night like mine) is to put a comforter down on it so there's a little more padding there (also good if child wets at night) because it didn't seem that comfortable to me, especially for long-term use. Does the job though. Also don't go sitting on the cot if you're an adult, my husband broke the first one we bought, haha....

Got this to bring on a family vacation and my 5 year old loved it so much that he prefers it over his real bed and still uses it now that we are home. It's so convenient. It folds right out and can fold right back in with sheets still on making it easy to have a cleaner look/ more space during the day.

Such a nice item. Comes with a matching sheet that probably will out live me. Good stuff here. Cot opens nicely and my Granddaughter likes to sit on it. I leave it out for her to learn to balance, being so close tothe floor she can tumble off and its only inches from floor. She is only 1 and this cot is perfect for her Sofia the 1st sleeping bag..

This cot was perfect for my granddaughter. It is easy to set up and even though she is five years old (36lbs) she was very comfortable. I really like how it folds up so easily to store. Can't wait for her to come again knowing I have this great little bed for her!

Bought this for our daughter to sleep on during our visit in the US - it is perfect for few days however it still is a COT therefore it is bit hard and suggest put something little softer under. The sheet coming with cot is all synthetic which will get very warm therefore suggest use cotton sheet instead, but overall good value and she had no problems sleeping on it

I had heard that these were easy to set up, take down and comfortable for children. After using this for a week, my Granddaughter loved it. I loved how easy it was to assemble, and the reasonable price! Every grandparent should have one. They take up very little room, and is easy to store. Great product!

I loved the ability to have my 50 lb grandson sleep on this cot but couldn't get it to flatten out for him-he felt "the bar on both sides and complained about it. Consequently he was up a few times during the night to tell me "I can't sleep grandma'. Sooo, we looked at another alternative on the couch. I think the construction is good but the system to lock it into position needs to be locked into place with a barrier between the cot and the bar underneath. Thank you.

This is perfect for my 4 year old. We brought it along to use in a hotel room and while staying with family out of town. I folds up nice and small to easily pack in the car. It is about the size of lawn chair in its bag but shorter. It is only 4 feet long so she will probably grow out of it soon but for now its perfect. Well worth the money to get her off the floor.

I have been babysitting my 2 1/2 year great nephew and needed something for him to sleep on because he would toss and turn so much he fell out of the bed. This cot worked. He doesn't roll off and if he did he would be close enough to the floor that he wouldn't hurt himself.

We bought this travel bed for our 3 1/2 year old grandchild to use on a recent vacation. It was perfect. After reading other reviews, we bought a foam mattress cover and cut it to fit the cot. This worked great! The sheet that comes with the bed seemed a bit stiff and rough but after washing it, it softened up. This cot is perfect for small spaces and doesn't take up much room when folded up either. I am sure we will be able to use the cot next year but I'm not sure if our grandchild will fit on it comfortably when she is a few years older. We would definitely recommend the Regalo Portable Travel Bed!
