This is a great product and easy to transport, set up and take down. The included carrying pouch is big enough to stuff a toddler sheet and 2 toddler bed blankets in for transporting them. This fits standard crib-sized sheets. We used this to transition our kid from crib to toddler bed, since it's only like 6 inches off the ground. Don't like the included fitted cover - elastic is too strong and keeps the cot from sitting flat. Also, the support bar in the middle seems like it would be uncomfortable to lay on, though it's not something my 2 y.o. communicated to me. We ended up putting extra bed pillows on the floor under the cot on either side of the support bar in hopes the support bar wouldn't protrude so much.

Great travel item for tots

We've had our travel cot for just a week, and our two-year-old slept on it three nights during a quick trip this weekend. He settled on it IMMEDIATELY. I think it helps a great deal that he sleeps on a cot at daycare. It sets up easily, and he appeared comfortable on it. I do think there's a bar that could get uncomfortable after a while, but so far he seems to be doing well. The top sheet is a nice feature for it, too. I looked at a similar product elsewhere, and it was going to cost nearly $15 more than this one. So far, we're glad we saved that $15. We also think it will be useful for stormy nights when our son wants to be near us, or if we must sleep in the basement due to severe weather.

Good Buy

We bought this for our 3.5 year old daughter when we went out of town for Thanksgiving. She loved it. It was easy to set up and she slept great in it. It was very comfortable for her. Even though it has a weight max of 100lbs, it is pretty short. I think she will out grow it with height than her weight, and she is on the short side. I am guessing we have about 4-5 years of use out of it, but for $30, it is totally worth it.

Well worth it!

This cot worked great for my two year old daughter to use at her grandparents' house. It works similar to the chairs in a bag so it was easy to set up, cozy and kind of "hugged" her, so we didn't have to worry about her rolling out in the middle of the night. Plus, it did not sit far off the ground in the event that she would fall out or need to get up for some reason in the middle of the night. We did need to put a small comforter underneath as the pad is thin and you could feel the frame while lying down. She liked it a lot and slept great on it even though she has not yet transitioned to a toddler bed at home. It was a great purchase and we'll get a lot of use out of it for years to come.

Returned it.

We thought this would have been a great cot for our two year old. We were wrong. There is a piece of material that holds the middle together leaving both sides to droop down. Who wants to sleep with something like that? Too bad, we returned it and will keep looking.

Great Bed for Traveling Toddler

I purchased this toddler bed as a result of going on vacation with my 4 year and not wanting to have her sleep in the bed with her dad and I, what a wonderful choice, she simply loved this little bed she sleep in the room with us on her bed, she got up each morning and pretended to make the bed, she even wanted to sleep on it when we got home. Great value at $25 and well worth the money, if you have a toddler and you plan on traveling this is a great addition to the travel gear, we even got to check this item for free on delta airlines, great buy glad I brought it!

LOVE IT!!!!

As soon as it was out of the box our 17 month loved it ! He is a toddler bed already so we thought this would be great since it is much smaller that a playpen and non confining. Like some of the other reviews It does need a little cushion and the eggshell pad works wonderfully. Very close to the floor without being on the floor, just in case he did roll off. It is much wider than I expected also. I think it was a great buy and good price. I would definitely recommend!

excellent portable bed

I ordered two of the my cot travel beds for my 3 year old twins. They love them! For little kids that are used to sleeping in a toddler bed this is a great alternative to an air mattress. Standard crib/toddler bed sheets fit this cot and it folds up like a camp chair and stores in a small bag. I have used this for travel & when one of my twins was sick and needed to sleep close by in my room without being in my bed. I would definitely suggest this for anyone who needs an easy alternative to an air mattress for travel or an extra sleeping space for a toddler.

good, but no travel bag

love this cot for the price. we bought one a couple years ago for my daughter, I accidently stepped in it and it bent, but my daughter still thinks it's comfortable. I'm disappointed the new versions don't come with a travel bag. my original one did. I'm knocking off one star for the lack of bag to travel with. not very packable without the bag.

portability and setup with ease

We will use often for 3 yr old grandson. Easy to setup and great for transporting anywhere. We think the price is just right too and the cot is very durable. Thanks
