Regalo Portable Cot

These are so wonderful! I am a Grandmother with 4 four year olds that sleep over regularly and I have a condo with not a lot of storage room. These fold up & store in a small space & the kids love getting their bed assembled when they stay over. When they grow out of them they are easily sold at a garage sale.

Portable!

This is a great product. I bought it because we were planning a trip to Europe and needed something for my 3-year-old to sleep on. I like to pack light and this was the answer. It fit in a duffel bag along with a lot of other stuff and I checked it in at the airport. I wasn't sure if it would hold up from being banged around in the plane, but it did. It reminds me of a camping chair, the way it folds up. When you take it out of the carry bag, it just pulls right open. There is no set up at all. It comes with a little fitted sheet cover too. Now when we aren't traveling, my daughter still likes to nap on it or if she is having trouble sleeping, she'll sleep on it in our room. I recommend this product 100%!

bad design

screws and caps that hold cloth to frame are junk. return one of three beds i bought because of broken cap on corner. bought a replacement one that broke two days later. went out and bought new bolts that were 1/4 inc. longer to fix that problem, to keep the problem from happening to the others. these were for my grandsons that are only two and one years old.

Okay, but maybe not as a bed

My 3ry old daughter loves this cot. She loves to sit on it and watch tv but isn't that keen on sleeping on it. I bought it to take on vacations with us so she'll have her own bed. It has a strap in the middle underneath it and it makes the middle stick up higher than the rest of the bed. I took out the middle strap and am now in the process of stretching the material so it's more comfortable for her. I have to be careful, if I stretch it out to much, she' will be hitting the metal bars that are not too far underneath. I figured for $25, it was worth playing with so I've been padding it with small blankets it to see if I could get it to work.

It'll do, I guess.

I agree with all the others about the hard strap in the middle of the bed. Very very bad design flaw. The bed itself is very convenient and will work for our camping trip, but my 2 year old is shorter and most of her body fits on one side of the strap. It will work OK with a blanket for padding, but I definitely won't be using it very often for her.

We bought this for our two year old for vacation and grandma's house. It was great. She loved it so much, she would crawl in at bedtime with no problem. It was a great transition from baby bed to big girl bed. When we returned from vacation she went from a crib into a toddler bed.

Only for the little ones

I bought this for my five year old granddaughter (5 years and 3 months). She slept on in the first night but it really seemed quite short and we had to put in additional blankets to help smooth the bottom so that the brace in the middle was not so pronounced. We ended up using a child's air mattress after the first night

So Disappointed

I have owned these cots previously. The two new ones I received are much lighter in weight, meaning they are a lot flimsier than the ones I already have. The brand is the same, they look the same, but they are not the same. I use them in my daycare and I don't think they will hold up as well as the other three that I have. I guess that is why they were only $20, compared to over $30 for the previous ones.

Such a useful travel bed!

We love this bed, it was delivered very quickly and needs no assembly, it's ready to use right out of the box! The bed unfolds with ease and my toddler liked it immediately. Like other reviews have pointed out, it needs some extra padding, so we put a small comforter on the bed and used that as a pillow top. This is a great investment for weekends away and for staying overnight with grandparents! This product is a lot cheaper from WalMart than other retailers too!

Great space saving product

I have a family child care business and require cots for my day friends to sleep on. Space being a problem for normal cots these fit the bill perfectly. Each one folds up and slips into their own storage bag which then fits into each child's cubby No extra space needed. I do have some concerns about the longetivity of the plastic foot pieces since, chairs I've purchased with those foot pieces haven't lasted very long but so far so good.
