why send a used product, no instructions or charging wire. love beats just not happy with advertisements of product online.

Maybe my expectations were a bit too high because of the name. But these are mediocre at best. Definitely returning for another brand.

Works great, they’re loud and has a lot of bass. Doesn’t come with the charger cord. Just earbuds and case.

They aren't very loud while I'm listening to music. Additionally, everyone I talk to complains when I'm on a call while using them.

Didn’t come with a charger unfortunately but I had one with me it’s usb C charging cable that does not come included.

I don't see a big difference in sound from other earbuds bit it is decent not like how the brand is said to be one of the top superior sounds

Item works fine sometimes it does have a static noise, but otherwise they were great. They canceled out background noise very well.

The sound on the earbuds are terrible I can have it maxed and still hear everything around me clearly.
