Bought these as a gift so I cannot personally speak to their quality however the recipient LOVED them!! (age mid 20’s) Said they work really well. When she activated them it detected them on her phone and in the find my iPhone stuff (where you can track your beats) as well.

I guess I am used to my over the ear Beats Studio %26 SkullCandy Crushers!! To me they lack sound i in all areas, Very low volume @ max level, No Bass whatsoever? Guess i expected some sort of bass , . With no noise canceling, I can hear the music they are plating @ the gym with my earbuds are full blast , very disappointed

Can you have one of your customers representative to give me a call concerning this particular item I do have a problem it’s not charging I have tried using whatever charger I do have at my home but it’s just not working plus this never came with anything for me to recharge

I got them for the price. But that was my mistake! The hand phones don’t charge unless plugged into a source. The case is literally just a case. There’s no noise cancellation but the buds block out noise in general so you must take them out to clearly hear. This may work for children but I wouldn’t recommend for an adult!

However, good sound doesn’t make up for the massive flaws in functionality. Major Issues: 1. Case Fails to Charge Headphones: The charging case is essentially useless. Despite being a critical accessory for wireless headphones, it doesn’t reliably charge the headphones, which is incredibly frustrating. 2. Connectivity Problems: The headphones disconnect whenever the case isn’t nearby, even if my phone is right next to me. This defeats the entire purpose of having wireless headphones. Why should the case dictate their connectivity when the phone is the actual source device? 3. Unreliable Functionality: These issues make the headphones practically unusable for everyday activities. Constant disconnects and charging issues disrupt the experience to the point where I’d rather use wired headphones or a different brand entirely. Final Verdict: Beats Solo headphones are far from the premium product they claim to be. These are better then I thought they would be. Charge lasts forever. Sound is good enough, although lacking in bass. Best part is they have always stayed in my ears while running. Crazy trail runs, fast track runs, races, hot and cold they’ve always stayed put.

Music sounds amazing with these - audiobooks sound clear - quite happy with the sounds! Controls could be better. I own several cheaper earbuds and all of them except this one allows you to change the controls in their app. Beats app requires you to pay weekly or monthly fees to access this and other features which is just greedy imo.

Overall they are great just disappointing there is no charger now I have to figure out and buy one but other than that love the color comes with extra ear bud covers sizes and the sound is awesome can’t complain too much for the price it is a great price

I love my beats I like them better than my AirPods(my opinion) they don’t fall out they louder and they are black I like the color options. But I can’t answer my phone w them unless I haven’t learned that , and they didn’t come with a charger cord 😒
