The iron is not consistent with its steam. This is our third set of 2 irons (we both quilt). . After a while, they just quit steaming and we have to replace them. There is no way to de-calcify them,

I use this iron for sewing and need the steam feature. After a few uses, it no longer steams. I liked the small size and the folding handle feature and am sorely disappointed that it does not steam.

I just purchased this iron and it does not work. I tried several different outlets that work for other things Unfortunately, I threw away the box and receipt before trying it out

Always a good product with this brand ! Love my new iron. Old one finally broke after 30 years . Actually replaced it with a different brand and quickly returned it and bought the Rowenta.. very pleased !

I bought this compact iron because I am a quilter. Love the size and it fits my hand nicely. BUT I purchased it 4 months ago and the handle collapsed. what a disappointment in your product.

I have four irons and all of them have cord problems. It is just my husband and I. This has to be a design issue. I keep buying them because I like the iron. Someone please advise if you are having the same issue. Thanks

Quality compact iron I like the size I don't do a lot of ironing so this was a perfect size for me and storing it is easy it doesn't take up a lot of room highly recommend

I do a lot of small quilting and it would help if this had a shut off so I would not have to unplug and replug it in to use it. I do not like to leave it on when not using it for fear of getting burnt on it.

I purchased this iron for ironing seams as I sew and it has saved lots of effort to put up the big ironing board. I love my big Rowenta as it holds more water for stem, but the smaller version is great for ironing as you sew.

I use this for quilting. It’s really too small for heavy duty ironing cause the water tank is not very large. An on-off switch would be great but for me is not necessary.
