Great cabinet well built

I bought this in store. Pick up. You ha e to put it together. I would have never bought this if so.

Cabinet is fairly easy to assemble . Great storage.

I ordered 2 of these cabinets and both came with large dents, deep scratches, and bent parts. I did not notice how bad the damage was until they were almost fully built. I reached out to Sam’s Club customer support and requested that someone follow up and I have yet to hear back. This is my first time being a Sam’s Club member and my first big purchase from them. Extremely disappointing.

Arrived damaged, poor customer support

Very impressive from the start.  You could tell it was a quality product from the way the items were packaged.  Each part was labelled and all hardware was in labelled packets.  Instructions were very clear, although some of the illustrations could have been made bigger with sharper pictures. Everything fit together perfectly. Really. And all the parts were there! I've assembled many items where that was not true.  Seems like a good quality steel and powder coating was excellent.  Went back and bought another one.
