These have almost no flavor, and I've yet to be able to cook them without them either being soft and slimy or having them leak "meat" out of them. They used to sell El Monterery taquitos and those were delicious. Don't waste your money on these one.

I assumed these Jose Ole Taquitos would be like El Monterey taquitos. I like all the El Monterey varieties I have tasted so far. However, these Jose Ole taquitos are bland and the corn taste of the wrap overwhelms the little filling inside. BLAH. I wish I had not purchased them. I gave them 2 stars only because it won't kill me to eat them...just my taste buds.

not sure that i've ever had these, but surprisingly good. right now these are $10 for a 60 count. that's about 17¢ per taquito. that is a great deal. i needed a good quick lunch option for a work week & these are great. paired them w/some black refried beans w/cheese & salsa & guac & sour cream. so good. they come out best if baked, but good if microwaved as well. highly recommend.

They are pretty good. I freeze dry them for future use, or for very crunchy snacks. My only complaint is that there are FIFTY-NINE taquitos per box, not sixty, as designated on the box in large bold print. I wrote the company and told them but alas, I have been ignored by them.
