I am an owner of the previous model Aeropex. After about a year of use, there was a rattle in my one ear piece. It was tolerable while running, but for the price I figured I would file a warranty claim. Shokz (AfterShokz) service was phenomenal. I simply asked if they could be repaired at a cost so I didn’t hear a rattle, they stated they would replace my headphones with a brand new set. These have been going strong for about 6 months now. The sound is great, and the comfort even better. They charge quickly and last a solid 7-8 hours depending on outside temp. I would highly recommend these headphones.

I got the Shokz as recommended by a few fellow runners and after the passing of Eliza Fletcher. They have been amazing so far! Hold charge amazingly (ran for 5 hours and the battery was still “high”). I thought they might bounce a little but nope!! And the sound is amazing even with the outside world still audible. I highly recommend them to any woman and outside runner.

It’s a strange sensation when wearing them. I can hear my music, but I still can hear if my work desk phone rings. The volume doesn’t have to be turned up to still hear the quality sound. The buttons are easy to use. I have small ears and a smaller head so many headphones don’t fit properly. These fit perfectly right out of the box. There aren’t any ways to adjust these, but you’ll see there isn’t a need to adjust. My only minor issue (and it’s not a deal-breaker) is when I wear them continuously for about 5-6 hours, my ears get sore. But I have small ears, and I just take them off and let my ears have a break! I regret all previous ear bud & head phone purchases since these are far superior in sound and cost!

I love the concept of these, and they're great to wear around the house. Because the band in the back is so wide (even in the minis, which feel too big in general), anything I wear, or even my hair if it's not in a high ponytail, will interfere with the fit and start to pull them off. They're rated for only 32 degrees and above (which rules out much of the Minnesota year), but since I can't wear a hat, scarf, or even a collar with them, they're really only useful for summer runs. Otherwise, clothing / rain jacket / etc. interferes too much.

I mainly use these for phone calls, and sometimes the other person has difficulty hearing me. I can hear them well, however. Comfortable to wear. Amazed how these do not conflict with my glasses. I like that these are not bulky like regular headphones.

I wanted to love these and I do like them but ultimately they fell flat for my use case. I work in a factory environment where there is lots of noise and I was hoping that these would allow me to listen to music/audio without compromising on safety. In this respect they excelled. However, the amount of noise that was coming from my environment nullified their utility as I was listening to background noise and the music at the same time to the point that I could not enjoy the music. I assume I could just put ear plugs in to block the noise, but at that point I might as well have ear buds. I like the product and wish it worked for me. There are certainly use cases out there that are perfect for this product but for my particular use case sadly, it did not work out.

I bought these for myself after completing the Garmin Shockz Challenge and used the discount code. My previous pair were a cheap brand that I wanted to see if I like this headphone because I have an ear piercing that makes it hard to wear certain headphones. I was really pleased with the directions about measuring my head to know if the smaller pair would be a better fit for me. Super Simple and fit better but there are only basic colors like black and white for the smaller size (🥲). However, sound quality of these are nice! The smaller size fits my head great! I’m also really impressed by how the material of the headphones feel. I’ve even been using the light grey soft bag them came in. Really eager to keep using them for an upcoming race instead of just casual runs!

Shokz are hands-down the most comfortable headphones I've ever had. Earbuds are always too big for my ears, and cause discomfort after even a short use. With these, I can wear my glasses, facemask, and headphones with no problem for hours. The battery life is also good; I wear them at work all day with no issue.

This is the second pair I've purchased and I love them even more now that they're lighter and the battery lasts longer! Best headphones for phone calls - the sound on both ends is so clear. The new mini option is also great, my new pair fits so much better than my old one-size-fits-all pair.

These are my favorites! I had several pair of BT earbuds that I wore at home, work & while working out or running and always hated that they completely blocked any outside noise. These sound pretty great, especially considering that they're not 'over the ear' models with much larger speakers. I have worn them several times when I ended up (unplanned) in a noisy environment and they, obviously, aren't going to work in that situation. But that is what the sound blocking earbuds are for. They typically don't feel 'buzzy' although occasionally my phone's volume is all they way up when I start streaming music and they can get buzzy. But at normal volumes I haven't had any unpleasant buzzing. I have yet to wear them long enough for them to go dead and have worn them numerous times for 4 to 6 hours when working outside at home. They stay securely in place during 98% of activities and have only had issues when bench pressing or if I'm working in a tight space and have bumped them against something. And even when bench pressing they are still securely on my head, they just shift slightly forward. I can still hear fine and they drop back into place when I get up. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to be aware of their surroundings! Being able to listen to music and still hear traffic approaching from behind me, a coworker talking or my boys talking to me while I'm working at home is SO much better than having to drop what I'm doing and pull one or both earbuds out to hear!
