I have a set of these KO2s on my Lexus GX460. I have 18,000mi on them now and the tread is half gone and the outside 1.5in is already dry cracking. And for the record, this vehicle is my commuter and half of the year the roads are covered with snow. What ever compound change you guys have made is not an appreciable one. I won't be buying another set of these.

Was gonna wait till 10,000 miles but don’t want people waiting for this review.. Worst experience with tires. Never had a tire go out of balance so fast and wear down in the first 6k miles like the new bfgoodrich. Every 1500 miles I have to get my tires rebalanced and rotated because it Starts to shake so bad from going out of balance. Had my whole front end rebuilt (06tacoma) and 4 different shops look at it and balance the tires and they all say it’s the tires. Don’t waste your money on them, get general or another brand.

I am on my 2nd set of K02's 315/70/17 on a pavement princess Ford Raptor with 56499 miles. I do not go offroad or any other crazy driving Tread left on the tires about 30% one tire is about 20% Tires make more noise than I can stand, BFG I could use some help here.

I've been using TAKO II's on all my trucks for years. Load Range E. Awesome tire for all round driving, off roading and snow. Chevrolet and GMC 2500HD 4x4's. We also pull a 34' fith wheel. I usually get around 40K miles with proper rotation, PSI and truck maintenance. Love these tires and would highly recommend them. The only tire I buy for my trucks.

Mounted on a 3500 cummins. Rotated every 7000 miles, tires are at 33,000 miles currently. Two of the four tires are wearing extremely fast. I ordered these as one of the first people in my area. First, only two tires were delivered unfortunately, and the shop mounted them. These two tires have >50% tread still. 2 weeks later, the other tires came in, brought the truck back in, and now those tires have worn very fast (almost no tread left). Tires have been rotated carefully (too pricey not to!) but I can't stop the 2 from wearing quickly. It seems to me there are inconsistencies in the manufacturing process that need to be figured out. I have been a loyal customer for years however that is about to change, my 2001 Ford F-250 has 35x12.5R 16.5LT and have heard that you’ll are not producing them any more. I’m sure I’m not the only person that this effects. So now at my next tire change I how have to change rims on a limited income. That’s a lot Goodrich!!!!!

I’ve had these tires for about 42k. I’ve always wanted the BFG And finally broke down and bought a set. Initially I loved them. But they were loud. They are slick when wet as well. Honestly I expected at least 50k and great wet/snow traction. Really I got none of the above. I would pass and buy some Cooper AT3 or something else

These tires are fantastic! I've had them on my 4runner, and they have lasted! I just had to replace all 4 yesterday, and replaced them with same ones because we trust them very much. I've had several nails, screws, and all been patched up and the tire never gave out after repairs. Trusted brand.

Have had these (and previous versions) on three vehicles, now running them on a Subaru Crosstrek with a few off-road mods. Slightly louder than OEMs on pavement at freeway speeds, but far, far better off-road performance allows us to access remote trailheads and campsites we couldn't really get to before. Also, pleasantly surprised that switching from 18' OEM wheels/tires to 15" wheels/KO2s made this the most comfortable highway vehicle we've ever had, even with stiffer springs. My wife actually prefers it over her Lexus for our long road trips.

Over the years I have owned at least a dozen or so sets of these. By far they are the toughest, quietest on the road, best traction in the dirt, on/off road tire I've ever owned. Some of these tires currently on my trucks are over 10 years old and still look and perform great with no sidewall cracking. I will never buy anything else for my 4x4 trucks.
