I got it as a gift for my husband and the next day one of the buds stop working.

These are not made for small ears. If you have small ears, I would not recommend these.

Poor sound quality and wouldn’t stay in my ears

Uncomfortable feel. Not loud at all. Don’t waste your time or money. Sony is the way to go.
