These absolutely suck! They’re freaken beats for crying out loud and they freaken suck I’d rather use my AirPods that die after an hour and a half of use than these $70 beats that suck! I’d like to be refunded!

The sound is very tinny and can’t be adjusted. The ear pieces fall out even after trying the different size inserts included. If you’re planning on using these at the gym or jogging I would not recommend.

I purchased them for my 14 yr old granddaughter for Christmas. She loves them except they fall out of her ears. Other than that she finds a way to use them and she'll make them work.

The fit is so terrible they have put a blister on my inner and outer ear . The Turn Loc thing is a joke thats what did it , it broke open and has bled.I had to put a bandaid for cushion on them due to the sharp edge . poor quality i feel i wasted my money .

the sound was horrible it's not like the beats that I know of it connected once and then it wouldn't connect again with my Android phone then you have to download an app for it which is ridiculous I don't know about everybody but I just want bluetooth earbuds that connect to my phone without an app

I always love how beats earbuds sound. quality is decent for the price. battery last the whole day. fast charging is a big plus. the only downside is that the case doesn't have a charging feature :( cannot charge your buds unless they're connected to a cable. overall is good.

I put the beats on to listen to music. The music stopped. I was wearing them to hear from my phone or sometime during the day one of them because they did not fit correctly. I guess slipped out of my ear ending got lost. I based on my reach, I redid all my steps backwards to see if I could find it and I could not. I will not. Be buying another pair. I really truly feel that I should be refunded due to the fact that they did not fit well it’s a shame because they did sound good.

It was a really good product. I would definitely recommend it. I got it for my granddaughter about a year ago. They’re still in great quality. They’re really high-quality really good. I am hard of hearing and even I can hear out of them when I put them in my ears I definitely recommend them for a Christmas present on my birthday present.

These are really great buds for listening to music and talking. The only downside that I could find was the fact that it is not a rechargeable case so once the buds go dead, you gotta plug the whole unit in to recharge them but other than that, they fit well snug and definitely a good value for the price.

Bought as a gift for a dedicated iPhone/iPods user. Was an affordable alternative. Recipient is very picky about his music experience, and was skeptical at first. He was unhappy with external noise cancellation and lack of bass until I suggested he try the different sizes of silicone bud covers. When he found the correct covers, the buds became nearly noise cancelling and the bass came through clearly. Fairly quick charge time and long battery life.
