Absolutely terrible! They sound like some 10$ head phones from the dollar store!!! Do not buy. I was on edge about buying some others but I figured the brand name was going to be worth it but I was so proven wrong. I have my phone all the way up and can hardly hear it. If you put your phone in half volume the sound literally goes away. Something was set up wrong with these. I’ve gone online and everybody who’s bought them say similar things. Worst 70$ head phones I’ve bought. Honestly not worth 5$

Music sounds amazing with these - audiobooks sound clear - quite happy with the sounds! Controls could be better. I own several cheaper earbuds and all of them except this one allows you to change the controls in their app. Beats app requires you to pay weekly or monthly fees to access this and other features which is just greedy imo.

However, good sound doesn’t make up for the massive flaws in functionality. Major Issues: 1. Case Fails to Charge Headphones: The charging case is essentially useless. Despite being a critical accessory for wireless headphones, it doesn’t reliably charge the headphones, which is incredibly frustrating. 2. Connectivity Problems: The headphones disconnect whenever the case isn’t nearby, even if my phone is right next to me. This defeats the entire purpose of having wireless headphones. Why should the case dictate their connectivity when the phone is the actual source device? 3. Unreliable Functionality: These issues make the headphones practically unusable for everyday activities. Constant disconnects and charging issues disrupt the experience to the point where I’d rather use wired headphones or a different brand entirely. Final Verdict: Beats Solo headphones are far from the premium product they claim to be. While the sound is decent, the functional shortcomings—especially the flawed charging case and constant connectivity issues—make them an absolute dealbreaker. These are, by far, the worst headphones I’ve tried from Beats. I’m highly disappointed and will be returning them. Recommendation: Look elsewhere if you want reliable wireless headphones. Was nothing if what I expected for them to be Beats By Dre literally nothing is Beating and they sound horrible I told my wife I wanna return them but she kept them and I got some Apple Air Pods now there Knocking Good as I expected the Beats By Dre that I Purchased here in the Pic but hey you may like them to each its own

I got them for the price. But that was my mistake! The hand phones don’t charge unless plugged into a source. The case is literally just a case. There’s no noise cancellation but the buds block out noise in general so you must take them out to clearly hear. This may work for children but I wouldn’t recommend for an adult!

This is a product review not about the service which was great These are my least favorite headphones I’ve purchased There’s no battery indicator at all The sound quality is mid at best For the money i was hoping they would be good, but the only thing i enjoy is that they fit comfortably

I bought these Beats earbuds as a Christmas gift, and they’re great! Shipping was fast, the sound is loud and clear, and their compact size makes them easy to carry. The only downside is they don’t come with a charger, so you’ll need to buy one separately. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars!

so these were my first pair of boots that I've ever purchased and I'm usually loyal to another brand and I won't mention but I was excited nonetheless especially for the price into my dismay I was utterly disappointed the sound quality was nowhere near what I expected or hope that it would be it wasn't even worth the discounted price that I paid what I come to realize is that all of the height centered around beats was all for the namesake I've heard I've experienced rather better quality from basic standard jlabs but I digress it's not worth the money if you want to look cool sure whatever but after a while they're uncomfortable so people who are fidgeting about earlobe comfortability nope the sound quality you got to jam them all the way up your ear for it to even sound somewhat okay especially if you're one of the people who enjoy features like noise canceling nope nope nope

Overall good quality for the price. I would like more bass but the sound quality isn't too bad. My only real complaints are the constant need to charge and that the case does not charge the buds while they're in it so I'm charging the case more often than any other set of earbuds I've had.

Bought these as a gift so I cannot personally speak to their quality however the recipient LOVED them!! (age mid 20’s) Said they work really well. When she activated them it detected them on her phone and in the find my iPhone stuff (where you can track your beats) as well.
