I am not sure what I expected! I thought these were regular sized beats, boy was I wrong! The case is tiny and the earbuds are too! I thought it was a toy- that I purchased the wrong thing but nope. They are real and they are just smaller than I expected! I have smaller than average hands and I can enclose the case in my hands fully!

I’ve always used beats , Sony or AirPods but honestly I don’t like these at all . Nobody can really hear me when I talk or anything. They’re kinda uncomfortable if tend on wearing them a long time. If you got small ears I guess they’re too big and will fall out all the time.

The fit is so terrible they have put a blister on my inner and outer ear . The Turn Loc thing is a joke thats what did it , it broke open and has bled.I had to put a bandaid for cushion on them due to the sharp edge . poor quality i feel i wasted my money .

Sound Quality: To be fair, the sound quality is decent. The bass is strong and clear, and the overall audio performance is what you’d expect from Beats. However, good sound doesn’t make up for the massive flaws in functionality. Major Issues: 1. Case Fails to Charge Headphones: The charging case is essentially useless. Despite being a critical accessory for wireless headphones, it doesn’t reliably charge the headphones, which is incredibly frustrating. 2. Connectivity Problems: The headphones disconnect whenever the case isn’t nearby, even if my phone is right next to me. This defeats the entire purpose of having wireless headphones. Why should the case dictate their connectivity when the phone is the actual source device? 3. Unreliable Functionality: These issues make the headphones practically unusable for everyday activities. Constant disconnects and charging issues disrupt the experience to the point where I’d rather use wired headphones or a different brand entirely. Final Verdict: Beats Solo headphones are far from the premium product they claim to be. While the sound is decent, the functional shortcomings—especially the flawed charging case and constant connectivity issues—make them an absolute dealbreaker. These are, by far, the worst headphones I’ve tried from Beats. I’m highly disappointed and will be returning them. Recommendation: Look elsewhere if you want reliable wireless headphones. Beats Solo headphones are simply not worth the frustration.

I’m just so disappointed with this product. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but when I open the box, there’s no charger. How do you expect someone to use these earbuds when there’s no charger this just doesn’t make any sense to me. I will be returning them back to Wallmart.

Bought these as a gift so I cannot personally speak to their quality however the recipient LOVED them!! (age mid 20’s) Said they work really well. When she activated them it detected them on her phone and in the find my iPhone stuff (where you can track your beats) as well.

I love my beats I like them better than my AirPods(my opinion) they don’t fall out they louder and they are black I like the color options. But I can’t answer my phone w them unless I haven’t learned that , and they didn’t come with a charger cord 😒

On the long hold option click volume control . Turn headphones up all the way . Makes the bass hit and earbuds louder . I apologize beats for the bad reviews . Good sound for $80 bucks, love the red color way too

Well, when I first got them they worked perfectly, but when it eventually died that was the problem. 1: they don’t include a charger, so you have to purchase one separately if you even want to use it again 2: mine held no charge when I tried. I got a charger specifically for this type of beats, and even after 3 hours straight of charging they were still at 1% and would not connect to my phone no matter what or even go up in battery percentage. So overall, they only lasted me about 2 hours when I first got them then after that they’re completely unusable

so these were my first pair of boots that I've ever purchased and I'm usually loyal to another brand and I won't mention but I was excited nonetheless especially for the price into my dismay I was utterly disappointed the sound quality was nowhere near what I expected or hope that it would be it wasn't even worth the discounted price that I paid what I come to realize is that all of the height centered around beats was all for the namesake I've heard I've experienced rather better quality from basic standard jlabs but I digress it's not worth the money if you want to look cool sure whatever but after a while they're uncomfortable so people who are fidgeting about earlobe comfortability nope the sound quality you got to jam them all the way up your ear for it to even sound somewhat okay especially if you're one of the people who enjoy features like noise canceling nope nope nope
