Pork roast

You have to sear this roast all the way around. Baked in a 400•F oven for no more than 25 minutes. I like to add a few dashes of Kikkoman soy sauce on it before I toss it in the oven. Pull it out of the oven and cover it with foil for 10 minutes. One darn tasty roast

Cooked right, this is extremely delicious

Too lean and dry to roast it for the price. If I purchase agin, I will try a crock pot or pressure cooker.

Great price for the roast. Always tasty.

It wasn’t that great. I cooked it too. It’s recommended temperature. Let it sit and it was still kind of chewy.

Pork

Have purchased numerous pork loin roasts on the past and been quite pleased with the outcomes once prepared. However, for some odd reason there was quite a bit of shrinkage when cooked with this last one. It still tastes yummy, but in the end it did not go as far serving wise. It won't deter me from buying again but I wish the website gave you an opportunity to write notes beside items when you ordered. The description might give you a range of poundage for a meat item, for example 3.5 - 5 lbs, but it would be nice if you could stipulate that you want the biggest one they have.
