Excellant cut of pork. Very little fat but enough for great taste. Price is also good. I purchase Sams Beef Roasts as well. Excelleant also.

Very nice pork roast, the butcher came out and we visited a bit. Great recommendation from him he suggested buying the extra large roast for pork chops and roast, just cut and repackage before freezing. Great idea for summer guests and summer grilling.

Have purchased numerous pork loin roasts on the past and been quite pleased with the outcomes once prepared. However, for some odd reason there was quite a bit of shrinkage when cooked with this last one. It still tastes yummy, but in the end it did not go as far serving wise. It won't deter me from buying again but I wish the website gave you an opportunity to write notes beside items when you ordered. The description might give you a range of poundage for a meat item, for example 3.5 - 5 lbs, but it would be nice if you could stipulate that you want the biggest one they have.

It wasn’t that great. I cooked it too. It’s recommended temperature. Let it sit and it was still kind of chewy.
