I fried two turkeys in peanut oil. The oil maintained its temperature throughout the cooking process, did not burn, and the turkeys came out perfect.

I don't care for any seed oils, but peanut oil is healthier than canola oil, and soybean oil. It was on clearance so I purchased for deep frying. I haven't used it as of yet but I'm sure it's good.

I want to be clear, the product is great, but i only marked it down due to price! Where i used to buy this at $36, and is now over $50! I onlynfry occasionally and this will last a while.
